Hi, Try the standard mode to fix it, If it doesn't work, use advanced mode, but you need to back up you data before you use the advanced mode, cause it'll erase all data, and the standard mode won't.

One where you finally get unswer- WE HAVE OUR RULES OF TRY EVERY GOD DAMM THING NOT TO RETURN YOUR MONEY. So I say if you have to WAIST/RISK 69.95 euro do it otherwise my strong advice to you is RUN A WAY TO COMPANY who respect their future and past users

I need to go to the authorized apple service center since it still on warranty service.
Did not help. New Iphone 13 pro stuck on white screen and I cannot reset it.
Did you ever get it fixed?
If the standard mode cannot fix it, you can try the advanced mode, it have the higher rate of success
