i try the itune but the problem there is still no sign that my iphone was connected to my pc but thiere is notification in my pc stating that i should update my ios so i did waiting for the resulkt just now doing it

@@bytefurther no, we don't have a laptop we could use for it. He is not able to restart or anything. He will take the phone to a shop today. I really dislike Apple so much. I had one Macbook and hated it. I'm so happy I don't have anything to do anymore with a company that is fraudulent like Apple. I will never buy from them
Does the pop ups during update or restore in recovery mode appear on the computer screen or iphone screen... my screen is still staying white during recovey mode prcess and not turning black with a cable and computer screen...

For my partner nothing comes. No apples sign no nothing. Only emergency call gets triggered with the display flashing and a sound.

You need to press both the Side button and Volume Up button to trigger the power off slider in iPhone 13 series.
