You can find this in a cheap 1$ cigarette lighter ... Or a hand held gas lighter. Just disassemble the lighter ... You'll find a smaller version like this thing he used.
I did my 1st today Thanks Master Lim I actually tested voltages same as you and found high current on the 7th dot which I used the lighter trick and booooom everything back to normal

Then some time pass again the customer returned it for same green screen problem will tried but couldn't..then it was later taken to someone with microscope machine was able to traced it and get it done. My question is how was he able to do it with his machine after we've tried do many times using jumper methods again...?

Don’t work if it’s completely become short and zero resistance.
