Still saving peoples asses in 2024 mate 😅 Can you believe when I clicked "save my files" it went to another page and asked for my damn password!! I couldn't believe it, I nearly fainted. After reading all the comments and your video, I was confident. But it asked, still can't get over that. So what I did was just done the process again and removed it all, instead of keeping the files I got rid of them and I done a full clean. (I haven't got barely anything on there so wasn't bothered) so other then that and it's going to take abit longer (which again, I'm not fussed) as its been nearly a year since I've used it. It is currently resetting 🎉 If anyone gets that password page like I did, just do the process again but get rid of everything and do the deep clean option and it won't ask for it. So chuffed, thanks so much mate ❤

Hold shift, restart laptop, troubleshoot, reset PC, keep my files, (I don’t know what to do in this step because he skipped this part, but you either choose cloud download or local reinstall. This doesn’t matter though because they both do NOT work)

After i chose click my files and it says reset this pc. It instead gave me the same account which i do not have the password for. Once clixked it continues to ask me for password. Anybody have same issue?
After clicking troubleshoot option it asks to select an account to reset then the password but it's an older computer that hasn't been used in a couple of years and I do not know the password so what should I do from here to successfully bypass the screen lock?
