    Sorry but a dont undertand the part about the gear ratios. Does it use the same ratio to cut any numer of tooths or does it require a specific ratio for each number of teeth? Or does the relationship have to change acording to the pitch of the gear its going to cut?

    • @nealblackburn8628
      @nealblackburn8628  7 месяцев назад

      the gear ratio is specific for each number of teeth correct. ... but you don't need to use the same DP as i did to achieve that... i used 12 DP because i have a set of 12 DP gears that came with a universal dividing head that i own but someone else have a big pile of 16 DP and they could use them obviously the rack would need to match and you could not work out the ratio multiplying or dividing tooth numbers you would need to convert the DP to inches

    I'm not speak English, but I hope you understand me this question...
    What is the number of the driving and driven wheels?
    ¿Are they always used for all types of pine nut carving?

      suppose the gear you want to cut is 30 tooth ....the welded gear is 60 tooth that would mean the racio to the welded gear would be 1 to 2 so the racio of the other gears needs to be the same ....it could be 30 to 60 or... 24 to 48 or... 15 to 30 or...20 to 40 or...28 to 56 as seen in the cutting video

      I have never seen a single person on the internet be thankful for some busy body telling them what to do. Not one. Only endless lamentations on the sheer number of fools who whinge about safety gear. Every guy that uses a pair of pliers without his full face shield covering his goggles over his z87 safety glasses gets a rash of shit from internet health and safety douchebags. This cat is making bank off making fun of the safety man:
