I just tried the other version with 1 cup cottage cheese 4% fat, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp oregano. On it's own the texture seemed weird to me, but obviously it's intended for a sandwich/flatbread pizza. I used leftover philly cheesteak (beef, peppers, onion. It was pretty good. I think the other half I have left, I'll make a turkey sandwich. I kind of think adding the garlic powder would have made a big difference. Mayyybe even a little salt. I look forward to trying your recipe! Thanks!
Good to know. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on that version. Let me know how to two recipes compare if you may the other one. Thank you for watching.
I did the 1 cup cottage cheese and 2 eggs with spices. My problem was the whole top got brown like that corner. I ended up tearing it off. The end result was pretty good but I wondered why that happened.
It's good to know that others had the same issue I had with it. Recipes online often show the perfect version of them and as we know, cooking and baking results for each of us often vary lol.
Thanks for the great video. I've been wondering about this recipe.
I'll be making it again Liz. It was good and not difficult.

Hmmm, that’s different! I may have to give this a try….😉
Thanks for the recipe, Jamie.

I thought it was really good for a sandwich. I'll make it again.
The part that’s browned/burned would be the first part I’d go for because it’s the tastiest.
For some things (like potatoes and cheese) that is a definite yes for me as well!

You made it too thin. The 1 cup of cheese to 2 eggs is a better proportion and it's easier to fold
Good thought on that Natalia! Makes sense. Thank you for watching an sharing your thoughts.
