The reward for collecting all the endemic life crowns is: NOTHING!
Thanks for showing crown sizes and that there's nothing for getting them all. Kinda want to say sorry that there is nothing. Base world had the wild guild card background and I figured there would be one for all the crowns.
The only crown I really want now is a giant wintermoon nettle, so that gorgeous giant can fly around in the sky in my room.
Wow this is true dedication right here, given most of these rare creatures are so hard to find nor even spawn one alone, you are an absolute beast for finding them all WITH all gold crowns 👑 of course

Capcom really should give a guild card or something to reward people who go out of their way to actually catch all the crown endemic life. It is a tough task just like hunting the toughest monsters for their gear and deco jems.
It was. Or anything that's already a super rare spawn. I left my Xbox on for 3 days straight in an expedition to hunt for the nettle.
A reward would be nice. But I guess that's Capcom's way of saying no one is supposed to Catch 'em all. 😂 Putting a crown size on the nettle is just pure evil.
Any tips for me since I'm thinking of catching them all myself.
@@Unpopular_Duality. I think the main thing is just to not get frustrated. It wasn't all fun, but I like doing impossibly hard and arbitrary things. All crowns do exist. An SSD helps for better loading times. And if you have a Series X, even better.

I'm doing the rare moly crowns right now and I would like to know how you hunted for them. I already have fluffy and spiny moly completed and now looking for forest moly crowns. I'm having doubts if my method of looking for the crown food skills and then loading in to find them is the best, or if I should just focus zoomaster and keep reloading in. I would love to know your secrets to moly hunting.
Moly hunting was pretty fun! I like using the ghille mantle everywhere. It's been years, but if I recall correctly they spawn during the daytime, so never go during night time. Each moly type has 2 spots (potentially). And they like spawn around those might seeds and other plants. There is no magic or trick. You literally just spawn in over and over. Do your loop every time.
Don't recommend "waiting" in guiding lands.

@Jum_Jum24 No problem! And I looked up some things, and they do spawn during night time as well. So just keep repeating until you find them. Make sure the region you're looking in is level 7 though!

Sure thing. I was slightly disappointed too that there was no reward for accomplishing such a daunting collecting task. But I guess the reward IS the collecting. Go figure.😂
how long did this take? would you recommend catching downy crakes in coral? the herbivores gets invaded at some point in forest and wildspire.
How long this took? You don't want to know. 😂 Some crowns I caught passively, but many required real effort, going on days-long expeditions with zoo master and micro/macro.
I would say 2 months of non-stop endemic life hunting if I had to guess. There was nothing left to do in the game at this point. Safi'jiva wasn't out yet.
I heard some people having luck with downy crakes in coral, just have to shoot down a Father Mantagrell. Personally, I've never done this. I caught many in the forest and wildspire just running up to their usual spawn locations with Ghille Mantle on. They seem to spawn quite more often after Iceborne release, especially with zoomaster food skill.
@@tinytenor5414 dam... 2 months. Well it's day 5 for me, I was actually thinking i could get it done in the next week or so with what i caught so far.
Do you use pawswap? If so, have you noticed any patterns in the trades? I found out that 3rd palico for forest and hoarfrost give you a decent amount of endemic life meanwhile palico 2 in elder's recess gave me more pets, as for palicoes in rotten... no luck with them and havent done too much swapping in coral or wildspire to notice any.

Pawswap will only give you crowns you’ve previously obtained. So, if you want multiple small crowns of Sealord’s Crestfish, pawswap is the way to go. Otherwise, it is useless for actual crown hunting.

Dung beetle: Wildspire Waste, Sector 7.
Flowering Cactuar: has multiple locations. Just have rotate through them. (Nest, path towards Diablos cave)
@Tiny Tenor Did you do anything special for capturing the wintermoon nettle big size I am really struggling with finding the creature by itself let alone the biggest size, I spend the whole day like an actual 8 hours of playing looking for it and I can only find one or two if I were lucky. Is there any special or guaranteed method for finding it?
It is the last pet on my list and after finding it I will get all the crown for all the pets
There is nothing special to do for Wintermoon Nettle. Just eat for Macro/Zoomaster and rotate expeditions, looking for it at night. The loading screen takes FOREVER on console, so you get usually 2 or 3 at best "tries" to look for it before the night cycle is over. Very cumbersome. Large Nettle was actually my VERY last crown that I hunted for, so don't be surprised if it takes awhile. No guaranteed way to make it spawn. You can take a look at my other video showing my capture of the large crown.
How much time did you spend for all of them?
Longer than you can imagine.
3:30 I've captured over 70 Forest Pteryx, but still haven't got the miniature crown. Even though I eat Felyne Microzoologist, the game keeps giving me the regular or even largest gold crown. FML 😑
I had the same problem. For some reason, the RNG is skewed against the mini crown. It's already a rare spawn to begin with and there are only 2 locations it can spawn at. Keep on throwing that net, my friend. 😌
Im about to embark on this task. General tips for crown hunting? How many hours didnyou spend getting all? The hardest crown? I always catch the toads whenever i have the chance, but no crown yet. Are these rare ? Cheers
General tips:
Eat for Zoomaster + Micro/Macro (depending on which crown you're going for)
The Micro/Macro is only a slight chance increase, but better than nothing.
Pay attention to time/day and weather conditions if an endemic life requires it.
How many hours? Too many. Spent more time doing this than getting ALL of the Iceborne crowns of large monsters.
Hardest crown by far is the Wintermoon Nettle, followed by the Sealord's Crestfish. Not only are they already extremely rare, getting a crown is just plain torture.
Toad crowns are not particularly rare. Just eat for the right food skills and cycle through locales, not returning back to Seliana. You retain the food buff indefinitely until you return or faint.
Molys are surprisingly VERY easy to get as long as the region is level 7. The region specific molys start appearing at level 5, but level 7 makes them much more likely to appear. Don't forget your Ghille Mantle.

Tiny Tenor can you advice the fastest way to respawn the rare endemic. I mean fastest way to catch 50+ wintermoon nettle and sealords. Cheers
@@caripo If you're just looking to catch "a lot" of them, you could consider pawswapping in the Hoarfrost Reach, trading ONLY with the Boaboa on the right when it's "jumping with joy".
If you're still crown hunting, there is no "fast way" to respawn the Nettle or the Crestfish. You literally just go at night on an expedition, then rotate to another locale, like Elder's Recess, and then rotate back to Hoarfrost Reach. Clear weather conditions only matter for the Nettle. Crestfish can spawn in any weather condition.
Hoarfrost can only be "clear", "blizzard", or "unknown". More often than not, it's "unknown" because Velkhana is in the area, which makes it incredibly frustrating to find the Nettle.
Seeing that night time only lasts for 12 minutes, and loading screens take a good minute or two. You only have 3-5 chances to check every night cycle. If you don't already have an SSD on Xbox to improve loading times, that might be an option.

Btw i dont think capcom are such d*** but maybe you need not only the crown maybe you need the minimum and the maximim sice of all pets i see that you have a lot of the mini crowns that are bigger than my and some big crowns that are smaller as my , like i say i dont realy think that make any difference BUT i can test it if it is realy the problem but i need some help from you where do you got the big crown of the goldenfry ? Its the only i miss and i have 325 of them o.0 btw e.g. the mini for goldenfry i have is 36.82
Could be. I'm not too sure about the maximum and minimum because it doesn't apply to crowns of large monsters. You can get the crown achievement with any size gold crown.
Large goldenfry. With ZooMaster and Macro, you would want to rotate between Rotten Vale, Wiltshire Waste, and Coral Highlands. Rotten Vale, there is a pool of acid water near the entrance of the Plunderers' hideout. Coral Highlands, the secret cave near Camp 12. Head towards the gust of wind that requires a glider mantle to fly to the top of the map. Before that, climb on some vines and there is a tiny hole entrance to the secret cave. Wildspire Waste, Camp 6 has a pool of water that Goldenfry sometimes appear in, the same one with the usual Tuna.

@@kevinshadow5470 There's no easy way to get it. You look for it until you have it. 😂 Large Goldenfry was one of my last 10 crowns. Tricky because you don't want a Great Goldenfry. Really had to go out of my way to get it.

wow 1 year after this vid and im still missing some, can you please give advice (best time, weather, locations) for the following -> emerald crab (L), marlin (L), sealord (m), wintermoon nettle (L), dapper coralbird (m), bristly crake (L), blue diva (both), and the ones in kulve siege. Regards.
Of course.
Emerald Crab: Wildspire (Jyratodus area) or Rotten Vale (up the slope coming from the lower camp). Better chance of encountering during bad weather (rain).
Marlin: One of the difficult ones because a Great Marlin is more likely to appear.. Forest (beach with Aptonoth) or Hoarfrost Reach (drop down from Central camp, hidden area). Can only be encountered on Clear Sunny days.
Sealord: No special requirements. Only found at night. Difficult. Hoarfrost.
Wintermoon: Sell your soul. Sell your house. Sell your mom. Clear nights only. Hoarfrost.
Dapper Coralbird: No special requirements. Clear nights increase the chance of a large one.
Bristly crake: Quite common after Iceborne. Size is completely random. Rotten Vale on MossSwine. Elders Recess on Gastodon. Guiding Lands.
Blue Diva: No special requirements. Tend to spawn on clear days. Forest, Coral, Wildspire.
Kulve Siege: Spent over 50 gourmet vouchers (Felyne Zoomaster). You just gotta keep trying. No way to make any size spawn over the other.

@@caripo Endemic life spawns as soon as the map loads. No need to wait for Kulve.
I lack:
- Wiggler Queen (Mini)
- Goldspring Macaque (Big)
- King Marlin (Mini and Big)
- Sealord's Crestfish (Big)
- Phantom Flutterfly (Mini)
- Gold Hercudrome (Mini)
- Bristly Crake (Mini and Big)
- Wintermoon Nettle (Mini)
Any tips to get it?
Many of these have specific conditions in addition to eating for Macro/Micro and ZooMaster.
Wiggler Queen - Just regular Coral expeditions at night. Not sure if weather matters, but clear nights are definitely better than turbulent nights.
Goldspring Macaque - This is one of the tough ones. There are only two spawns of this one in Hoarfrost in CLEAR weather. They will not spawn on blizzard or unknown weather. The usual spawn by area 2 in the spring, or the trickier spring in the central area where they go to and from the woods. Ghille mantle won't work on the latter. Also, the event quest with the guaranteed small crown Furious Rajang (the one you need for the Goldspring Macaque layered helm) has a GUARANTEED Goldspring Macaque spawn in the central spring. It will be sitting in the water, use ghille mantle. Use a voucher while you're already in the quest, and abandon if you don't get the crown.
Fish are THE WORST.
Sealord, clear nights in Hoarfrost. Only spawns in the one acid pool area.
King Marlin, only clear sunny days in Ancient Forest or Hoarfrost at central camp (drop down the hole and head right).
Phantom Flutterly - no special requirements, just pray it's there. Two areas: Pukei-pukei nest, and central mosswine path with nitroshroom.
Gold Hercudrome took forever for me. At night of course in Anicent forest (on a tree near pukei nest) and Wildspire (caves near camp 1). Rotate between the two.
Bristly Crake - Rotten vale moss wine in the cave near Plunderers, Elders Recess on Gastadon. Use ghille and pray.
Wintermoon. You know this one is near impossible. Night time, clear weather. And pray or wait. Until the end of time.

you can also hop between ancient forest to find phantom + gold hercudrome and coral for wiggler queen.

@@tinytenor5414 so i just take the quest for the macaque event only when micro or macro is available? Alsimo having problens with the small forest pteryx is there conditions fir crown? For the endemic life in caverbs of el dorado do i need zoo and macro/micro? Or they are not that rare? Regards
@@caripo Macro/Micro is only for when you are cycling expeditions. For the Golden Macaque quest, just go into the quest and eat for ZooMaster. Macro/Micro only makes like 10% difference.
Same thing for El Dorado endemic life. You just eat for ZooMaster and go into her Siege.
Micro is useful for small Forest Pteryx. But this is one of those rare for no reason ones. It's just hard, keep trying.
Hi. I need some help. I hope you can give me some tips. When do marlins spawn? The tuna, is there some specific weather for the crown? I have caught a lot of them in every locale and no big or small crown. Same with the crowned prawn, no luck yet. Thanks
caripo King Marlins ONLY spawn during the day time in CLEAR weather, so no rain, blizzards, or unknown weather. The basic spawn conditions already requires clear weather in the day time, but there are no further conditions as far as crowns go. You can find them in the Ancient Forest by the water near a group of Aptonoth (Area 4) and the Hoarfrost Reach by Central Camp (7) near some Duffel Penguins. The Hoarfrost Reach fishing area is out of the way and requires you to drop down the hole from Camp 7 to get to Area 9. The small crown is easier. The large crown took a tremendous amount of effort because most of the time, you end up catching a GREAT King Marlin.
The Crowned Prawn in the Hoarfrost Reach is most easily caught by the droppable boulders in the underground cavern. No specific weather conditions, just eat the right meal and reload over and over again until you catch the right one. You can only net 1 prawn within a group because the others will run away, so always aim for the biggest (or smallest) one you see. This one isn’t terribly difficult to get the crown for because they have a guaranteed spawn, unlike the King Marlin.
@@tinytenor5414 Oh my god now I know why I'm suffering, I still yet to capture the big crown marling however just small correction I found the marling in all weather types and I got the smallest size while it was raining

Oh, if that's so, then awesome. They might have tweaked the spawn conditions of the King Marlin after Iceborne came out to make it easier to catch. I was just going off of the base game, in which I'm pretty sure the NPCs said it needed to be "a clear day".

As long as you're having fun. But if it's too much torture, then there's always other things to do. It's only for those who have those "completionist" itches.

Lunk As a matter of fact, I DO have all the mini and large gold crowns of the monsters, even all the DLC ones. Don’t worry, there’s no additional reward.

Hey so the Nekker and the Kaktor ones really don’t have crowns?
