I got attack 4 from the Tempered Zinogre event quest. Ngl I wasnt expecting it at all lol I didn’t even think it was possible Edit: Actually just checked my screen shot and it was from Tempered Frostfang Barioth(The last White Knight)
Very nice! Tempered Teostra is the best to farm. But i been recently farming my decos in a quest called "Mew are number one" which is a Tempered Furious Rajang
Just started this game 2 months ago, got to MR 100, and have already whacked Teostra in the Day of Ruin quest about 100 times by now. Yet that damn kitty cat still refuses to give me a single Attack Jewel 4.
The guiding lands is the best place tbh, any tempered elder or regular monster could help. Plus you can die as much as you want and still level up, and the event quest colorful carnival is good along with any Multi monster quest

Same only attack 4 I got was from Fatalis
As a MR100+ guy this gave me a lil variety in what to hunt. Though I haven’t got many tempered investigations yet
Use the join SOS features for M6 investigation quests. Other people will be posting as well
I've been doing the Day of Ruin day after day and still no attack 4 or crit 4 jewel 😭

I’ve gotten one Crit and multiple Challenger 4 but I’m convinced Attack 4 is removed from the game 😅

You can meld with tickets too the best or the blue tickets that you get with the tempered furious rajang event quest
