Even if power and water was included....I wouldn't touch it for that much lot rental. The unit itself is reasonable and if it were anywhere else with fair market lot rental this would be snapped up in a heartbeat I'm sure, perfect for the single retiree.
Lot rent is most likely the reason these folks are moving out. Who is going to pay $1,000 per month; nothing affordable about that for seniors. I like a lot of the homes; I would live in this one no problem but I would never live on land owned by a corporation or company and anyone else. They will continue to increase the lot price or some corporation will buy and increase the lot rent. These places are mostly a rip off; run far; run fast.

Love the home and lot. Price of home is awesome but very very big negative is price of lot rent. Guess that is why motivated seller
