Thanks Charlie this short & sweet stretch practice was helpful. Anytime just to limber parts of body that has been in a certain position for too long. Enjoyed the hip openers & hip flexors as well. Positions that can be held for a longer periods if need be. Adding breaths always work for me. Cheers!! Blessings.❤️

being one of the first com in this video to tell you first thing first THANK YOU I'm following you along since January 2023 ( I remember you being a really small channel that time, congrat for your growing 💪💪soon 1 million and maybe a Q&a with🙏) May I ask you if sometime you could do like you use to in the small room (with sloped ceiling) dynamics challenging but short video (15/20 min)
My only correction is: people who work at a desk have a hunch back usually don't stretching back muscles isn't super helpful as they are stretched constantly in a seated position. I would suggest doing more exercise to open the front/stretch the pecs instead of the crossed arm exercise at the beginning of the video. Our pecs are shorten and tight because of desk and cellphones
