    What are "health fats" vs. "unhealthy fats" ?

      Thank you for your comment. Healthy fats are unsaturated fats (mono or poly unsaturated) whereas unhealthy fats are trans or saturated fats. Due this difference in chemistry, healthy fats are liquid at room temperature so at body temperature the risk of Heart disease like BP is less and stroke is very less.       Saturated good (animal fats)
      plant based fats and sugars are highly processed.
      Avoid processesed foods that degrade gut integrity and drive inflammation. Your Brain is cholesterol and nuerons.
