    I got a packet of walnuts from Costco last month and was eating few daily, My hair fall dramatically reduced and honestly I didn't knew that was only because of walnuts until I watched this video. .

    My multi-nut cereal super meal:
    1.) 7 Walnuts
    2.) 2 Brazil nuts
    3.) 5 pecans
    4.) 170g pumpkin seeds
    Optional: chia seeds
    5.) almond milk
    6.) 1/2 tablespoons of: Monk Fruit
    7.) Teaspoon of: Raw Honey
    Crunch the nuts up but not the pumpkin seeds. Pour your almond milk in the mixture along with your Monk Fruit and raw honey.

    There’s a lot of things you should do once a day. Drink a cup of unsweetened green tea/lemon water everyday. Eat a handful of [insert some fruit or nut]. Perform some kind of exercise for a few minutes.

    Love them since I was a little boy.I always knew instinctively that they are very beneficial. Also I have a small collection of unusual shapes.The rarest which I have never heard of is like a pointy cone ,completely smooth and without seam.I found seven of them on the same tree 🐒

    Walnuts have higher omega 6's than omega 3's. Macadamia nuts are the best. I still love Walnuts in small portions.

    All nuts have different benefits. Bring a snack bag of mixed nuts or trail mix when you're on the go every day. Or like me pack them with your lunch daily. So many health benefits and you won't get hungry or have an urge to snack before dinner. And you wouldn't believe how much weight you can lose and feel better.
