The torrent I downloaded has the ability to change to Japanese audio in the VLC app but I don't know how to use RUclips's audio track feature but I'll search more about it later, thanks for this comment, now that I know about this new feature, I'll search more about it and give it a try someday. Also I plan on uploading a Japanese Dub for stages 1-4 anyways so don't worry about it.

You should continue, Initial D is a very educational Anime especially for people who like cars.
It's also very weird to think that Initial D has been around for nearly 3 decades, and still holds up well to this day despite it's age.
