I bought mine a couple days ago. The wheels were already put together. Only had to attach tube for wheels, front support, handle, and crank handle. Also, if you look at the part where the tubes insert for wheels, handle, and front inserts there is lettering that says "bottom" which is where the tube for wheels and front support go in. Also, the one thing that threw me was the crank handle bolt because the compression screw and nut are left turning which makes sense because if it tightened right it might come unscrewed.

It took me over an hour to put my Gorilla Hose reel connection because I couldn't get the screws to tighten enough and I couldn't hold the nut tight when I was using the L tool.
I hope you eventually got it and were able to enjoy its use. Congratulations!
My issue with other reels is you have to lean over to hold the handle. Im average height. This doesnt appear to have that issue. Worth it just for that.
