I’ve used Gilmore hoses before! They are great! This 74 yr old Great Grandma needs the Medium size 3/4” hose since it’s the lightest! Still gardening and Love your videos. Never too old to learn something new!
5/8 super Duty. My yard is all gravel and the AZ heat. I have Gilmour now but made the mistake of buying a 50' a few years back and the sun has finally taken its toll on the hose. You always make great videos. Thank you!

I so appreciate this video. While it may be common sense for many people on the topics you covered, I like to do my research before buying anything and you explained things I had questions about. It makes choosing the right hose a lot less overwhelming when I’m in the store aisle with so many options. I have a tendency to buy more than I need. I realize I could do well with just a medium or heavy duty hose and the 5/8” diameter suits my purpose fine. I’m going to subscribe to your channel as well. Thank you!
I would love a super duty 5/8 please! Our friends just bought a ranch and they take care of our horse. They drag the hose out pretty far to fill up the water bin and it's gotten pretty beat up. I think this would be an awesome gift for them!! Thanks Laura and Gilmour Hoses!!!

Great info on the hoses. I need one in the front of my house I haven't been able to sit down and look into them because the one I have is so heavy and it breaks my flowers if I am not careful. Thanks Laura for the great information, going to watch this video with my husband.
Love your videos. The hoses on the sunny side of our house have to be replaced fairly frequently. This video was quite helpful. I would think switching to super duty 5/8 inch would be best.
Heavy Duty 5/8" for me!!!!!! The Sun is BRUTAL in my front yard and hoses pop constantly. I believe I just bought two of this brand recently and they have held up well so far!!

Hey Great Grandma, the medium size hose is 5/8". 1/2"-small & 3/4"-large but all have 3/4" fittings.
