You are right, missed it this time. The following reviews are way longer and more involved. Didn’t have a huge amount to say about this one to be honest 😶
Just found your channel! Great job, BDJ is definitely in my top 5 favorite fragrances of all time, thank you for the review. Do try Mousse Illuminee if you can find it - it's a shaving foam creamy oakmoss bomb that is just gorgeous!
Just found your channel from another you RUclips channel @CgScents. I really appreciate your no BS no hype reviews. Thank you. I’m always curious for recommended number of sprays and where to spray for a particular perfume. I never want to be “that guy” Thanks again.
Beau De Jour, Casamorati Fiero, Eau Sauvage Parfum, Sartorial are my gems. I don't mind redundancy in this style and constantly adding because I use it the most without thinking too much after a clean shave. I agree with the barbershop nostalgia as I used to get haircuts with scissors and razor blades and they applied powder and some cheap barbershop fougere smelling liquid which burned like hell when I was a kid.
Would love to know if you eventually tried the original concentration of Gris Charnel. I'm a huge fan of the scent profile but can't decide which is worth buying.
I don't mind the tiny sprayers because that way I can control the amount I spray. This is something I am thinking of getting. I am thinking of Beau de Jour, Terre d'Hermes EDT, and Eau Sauvage Parfum. I got Chanel Egoiste Platinum and seem to like this kind of scent.
Have you worn all of these? If so, are they all good performers? From the reviews, they seem to be. That's important to me. I hate these scents that die after little time.
@@ToleVerban I've worn the Tom Ford, the Hermes and the Dior. Longevity is good but not eternal, I would say around 6-7 hours. It also depends on how much you spray.
@@SeldomlyOften i have built quite a collection of fougere scents; Roja scandal parfum pour homme Creed viking Amouage beach hut (feels fougere to me) Beau de jour Gravitas pour homme Nishane b612 Invasion barbare
Shame you didn’t spray it on, it always great to see you get your nose on it in a review! Lovely overview though, you can’t go wrong with Tom Ford.

Always good to see a Tom Ford video!
Glad you enjoy it!

I haven't tried that one, I'll see if I can find a sample, sounds like my kind of thing!

Thanks so much for the comment for watching!
I’ll definitely cover the topic in a video on itself; nothing to complicated but it’s fun 😜
I'm really liking your review style. You can drop that intro into the description or into an outro.
Thanks, I try to keep it real while still being informative

@@BengalBells I definitely need to get my hands on Eau Sauvage Parfum 😉

@@LRCollier I tried the edp, it’s a better fragrance FOR ME. I got decent projection but not super great longevity. The scent profile is awesome 😎
@SeldomlyOften Thanks for the response. I'll just have to try both to be certain. I don't want to get sucked into the extrait hype.
@ yes, try both, maybe the Extrait works for you and you’ll love it. For me personally, neither of those is bottle worthy.

@@ToleVerban It smells nothing like Terre d’Hermes EDT or Eau Sauvage. Those are both very citrusy, this is mostly creamy lavander

@@shawn6170 it’s one of the best barbershop fragrances I ever came across, the realistic creamy shaving cream is to die for.

My fav fougère! What song is playing in the background btw?
Just some stock music thing from Apple. I have to stick with it now 😬

@@akshat2000 Sartorial is coming in the near future, Cairo seems interesting but I want to cover some others first 👍
