I'm planning to build my own Cities of Sigmar Spearhead using some equal old fantasy models that I have. I just need a couple more of generic knights and body for cannon (I already have a dwarf crew for it too).
@@Vasily_Kotickovitch sounds awesome! More mixed units with humans, elves and dwarfs are definately something id love to see for cities!
Another great batrep guys! Love seeing more Skaven, and nice to see the old spearhead box get some love. Some really hilariously ineffective cannons on both sides, too. XD
@@DarthOtakuable yeah man! The old skaven felt alot less aggressive but no less strong really. Well have soulblight and sneaky orruks next!

What are your thoughts on the cannon? It feels as swingy as it was in AoS 3rd and it feels like an odd inclusion in the spearhead.

Yeah, I mean you get to use the grapeshot profile alot which normally should do a bit better than this.
Atleast it consistent, lots of spearheads have similar inclusion. The skaven here, greatbow for the kruleboyz etc.

Isn't Scurry away for your general only? you tried to scurry away your lightning cannon but that's an enhancement of your general. Only your Grey seer who is dead already can do that move. You also did that with your clan rats earlier as well to capture the objective + the board edge.

I haven't any access to the rules so would you check something for me please? @4:04 the Cities player uses their once per battle ability to fire in the opponents shooting phase, as I understood it, an action such as that must be made at the end of the phase not the beginning. Could you clarify.
@@The_Rising_Ape i believe you are correct though i had some trouble finding it! =)
13.0 "in each phase , the active player can use any abilities with the "your... phase" or "any phase" timing in the order of their choosing. Once the active player has finished using abilities, their opponent can use any abilities with an "enemy..phase" or any ... phase" . Good catch sir and now We learned something =)

Well, not neccessarily. you only refill if you have less than three on your hand and if you take a double turn (went last in the previous and first in thd current) you dont get to draw any tactics via the "cease the initiative mechanic"

@@criticalfocuschannel naa i saw him roll just the number of dice equal to his clanrats , so 4 clanrats 4 attacks, thats all the time.

Nope, twist stays but the underdog will decide over it. Not sure thats the case on all of the twists but thats the general dealeo =)

1 Rules question i have got for, Turn 2, reinforcments can be made in every Hero Phase? i thought only un your Herophase?
2. i saw some battraps and most people said that you have 6" from enemys if you bring in ne Units?
3. for all i know you have to declair all Attacks in a combat and then roll, so rollen all Rider individualy at a time until the Greyseer dies is not correct or is it?
(as fare as i know from AOS4 and what i have seen from Spearhead until today)
is there a new rule in spearhead that allowes this?

1) Reinforcements are made in your movement phase. Any other ones we did were from the command from battle tactics which may have other timing. We might certainly have missplayed it aswell =)
2)Not 6" inch from enemy units just not in combat and wholly within 6" of the edge and wholly within friendly territory =)
3) And on the last one we did that one wrong. Should've declared the attacks beforehand =)
