you are playing the objectives wrong: a unit has the objective if it is inside the grey circle (which is 3" from the actual objective), not if they are within 3" of that
As long as your hero (Infanterie) is within 3" of a unit of 3+ models he can't be targeted by shooting attacks made from more than 12". If the shooting unit is within those 12", the hero can be targeted but the attacks will suffer a -1 to hit. i think Vampierelord was not a legal Target in Turn 1.
@@kumkitwong4621 Spearhead play with the Core Rules of Age of Sigmar 4. Edition. You find it on Rule 25.0 "Guarded Heroes " Its a passiv.. Is on Spcial Rules.
Can you unit build in spearhead up to a certain point or you stuck with what they give you? I only have the skeletons units for Soulblight with no vampires lol
I said this on some other Spearhead videos already - I'll house rule the first round not to have an underdog twist that gives an advantage to one player for no reason. Either no twist or only twists that let both players pick/achieve something. Happy to see Orks win though!
@@sAKecOkE that sounds pretty sensible in a way. But also going first with heavy cavalry, amongst other things so not all that unfair for defender to have some assist? For sure an intresting that were going to discuss! Thanks for the input =)
@@criticalfocuschannel Well what if it's not the defender who wins the roll for underdog? I saw one battle report where the first player got the underdog version of the twist where units on an objective have super high defense, and just moved all of his stuff that could reach onto the center objective and was untouchable there. Felt like it pretty much decided the game.
@@sAKecOkE yeah I meant auto-underdog for defender round 1 perhaps and then follow the regular proceedings from r2. Definately no doubt that the UD mechanic is very strong so I dont think playing without an underdog r1 is a bad suggestion at all. I also think we might see some tonig down on it down the line..

There is no such rule in Spearhead. And control of objectives is from the 40mm token in the middle. Not the radius already drawn around it.
