Jetson might not like the grooming, but that tail is going 110 in a 60 zone.
🤣😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That’s what I see as nervous laughing
Haha, I thought it was Justin.
Dogs can wag their tails for several reason, for example if they're nervous/on edge
@@strictlydonotcare2421 oh it could very well be, honestly.
"Poodles are very intelligent dogs. But I'm not exactly sure that Jetson got that memo." This is so funny 🤣🤣🤣
Hope the owners don't mind the negative review on poor Jetson....
Makes me think about my own dog, which we think is a Shih tzu poodle mix... And looking at those coats, it seems even more likely. She doesn't get smarts at all unless food is involved, but she'll then do things like perform every trick she knows at the same time if someone has food
"Jellybrains Jetson" is pure gold 🤣 how does she come up with this stuff?
@@Cindy-bee They're most likely loving it, people know their own dogs.
I plan to get a tiny poodle or smaller next.
Had to recently put my other dog Blue to sleep 😔 😔 😢 😢 😢
SURE MISS HIM!!!!
Jetson has never had a thought cross his mind other than
"Omg where are we who are you hi!"
I love dumb dogs lol
Why'd you have to go and make things so complicated? I see the way you're acting like you're somebody else. Gets me frustrated. Just admit that you love the videos I make, my dear tra
what an intelligent comment!
My favorite dogs are the ones where you can look into their eyes and practically hear the elevator music playing in their brains.
@@northstarjakobs My mom's pug is like that, just so clearly nothing going on in that cute lil noggin, she's got a chocolate Labrador too, the difference is striking.
@@R.Lennartz oh there's a pug who lives on the same floor as me in my dorm and he is also a no thoughts head empty dog
I can't possibly be the only one who sees a canine Bob Ross when they see Jetson's gray fro and full beard, right?
Yes!!! 🤣😂🤣
@@vespermartini2556 Now I do!
Did Bob make it to his fully grey years? I’m too young to remember
Dog Ross.
@@Fleoden ... or Bob Ruff
To Jetson's defense, he doesn't act aggressively while trying to escape the deadly Barber's Paw-Lock move you've put on him. Mine would put his teeth on top of my fingers while making chainsaw noises with his nose. Although he is a corgi, and they appear to be grooming misbehavers.
Mine isn't a biter but she's INCREDIBLY evasive. Smaller legs means infinitely harder to keep still.
Mine too
@@luxthesarcastic1027 My Maggie is a master at darting away at just the right nanosecond. She makes me crazy; it’s so lucky for her that I love her so much! 🤣🤣🤣
His tail is wagging all the time, he's just uncomfortable I think rather than scared.
corgis are so vicious
We have a standard poodle roughly the size of a horse and he genuinely only has one brain cell, a real himbo of the dog world
I love standard poodles so so much! Goofy dogs are usually the sweetest too. :)
“Himbo” 🤣🤣🤣
My neighbors have 2 like that lmao i love when she gets the fancy goofy cuts on these big ass male dogs😂
anyone else want a happy hoodie of their own for loud places?!?
You are not alone
Me too
🙋
Theyre called noise canceling headphones. Been wearing them for years due to ptsd and sensory issues .
Headphones! Noise canceling, or snug wireless ones.
Susanna is a diva. She enjoys being pampered.
She is GORGEOUS!!
She is definitely a sister of another mister! Opposites indeed! 😆
She is definitely gorgeous !!
Jetsin has the look of a 2 year old when you are doing his paws! Lol. The whole if i dont look then its not happening thing! 🤣 They are too cute!
“Don’t talk to me, I am going to my happy place.”
Baby Rabbits cute little army🐇😊🤗❤🐇❤🐇
Cute and funny video 🐇😍❤

He was trying so hard to pull his little paw away 🥺🥰
i used to do that when i was a kid and my mom cut my nails but not because i thought it wasnt happening its because it hurt and looking away and tighly sqeezing my moms arm made it feel less painfull.
Though i kept that habit to adulthood but only when giving blood samples since seeing the blood being pumped out makes me feel more light headed and dizzy than if i look away
I have a Jack Russell. She doesn’t really need professional grooming at all except nail trims. Because she hates it so much even with the desensitizing training I’ve tried. As you said though, she still gets so excited to run to the groomers and see them and get pets. Only when they hoist her onto the table does she remember the terror that awaits her.
Dogs can love their groomers and are happy to see them but don't like to be groomed. My dog loved the vet assistants and the reception team. She liked the vet but not the examination or treatment. After the vet checked her over, Honey would lick their nose before she got helped down off the table.
Jacks are mix bags when it comes to grooming, when I had my full blood Jack, he was easy to do his nails, but a damn terror in the bath (he wailed so much you'd think he was dying). My half Jack/Corgi though? Easy in the tub, but she's a damn nightmare to try to do her nails!! I have to use the hanging method so I can just get it done without doing damn pro-wrestler moves!!
I have a wire coated jack Russell so she needs more grooming then normal but she needed a new groomer not long ago because the old one gave her razor burn and cut her chest and didn’t tell us . She was scare when she went to the new one but came out happy .
Look into suspending harnesses where their feet dangle to trim. They can’t fight it
@@pamelaraney4654 That's the hanging method I was talking about. Works well. Oh she dislikes it but it definitely works!!
Standard poodle mommy here. He’s the smartest, dumbest, goofiest dog to ever dog and I wouldn’t change him for the world.
i have a toy poodle! so true. theyre smart when you dont want them to be and real dummies when you need them to be smart 🤣 but theyre the most lovable!
They are both gorgeous! Susanna was such a good girl! While Jetson did not enjoy his groom, I did notice his tail wagging on a couple of occasions.
I was not at all sure he was intentionally pulling away. He was not showing any other sign of distress. It could have been a reflex thing. If you handle some people's feet in a certain way, my wife's for instance, the foot jerks uncontrollably. She can't trim her nails herself and if I do it I need both knees to keep her foot still.
@@KenS1267 Now that's an odd visual.
Judging by the exuberant tail wagging, Jetson is a _big_ fan of pumpkin spice latte cologne!
It’s probably because he knows that when the perfume comes out the groom is over.
My dog gets super happy when she sees towels because she knows when I get the towel out bath time is over haha
Most dogs don't like smelling like artificial scents
Jetson was just scared he would get the same hairdo as his sister. 😂
why does Susana look like stevie nicks in the thumbnail😭 she’s so precious
I've only met jellybrained poodles, every sized of them, but even if they have only one braincell, they're nice and hilarious
I like how Jetson doesn't want to be there....but his tail is wagging. What a confused boy. 10/10
I had toy poodle for eighteen years and I spent so much more money on his hair than I ever did on mine.
"Unlike other dogs, he still hasn't figured out where he is until I put him in the bathtub." That is precious.
I have never been a fan of poodles. My babushka had a mean one when I was little. But a friend of mine changed my mind when I met his standard sized fella. Smart as a whip! Ball-chasing was his entire life! Great doggo!
My toy poodle is 15,and I'd never have anything else. They're smart, way too smart sometimes, and they don't shed all over.
I always anticipate the adjectives to describe the pets🤣
I have a poodle mix who did not get the intelligence gene, but we love him anyway.
Boy oh boy, Girl with the dogs, you sure did find your true God-given purpose in life. You're so talented and loving with all the pets, and your hilarious commentary makes it hard to stop watching these videos and start doing my chores! Lol!
@A Catalan Liam oh my what the heck!! How did I do that??? I rebuke them in the blessed name of JESUS!
Well done with Suzi's jacket and saving her pony tails, she looks lovely.
Look at jetson’s little cheerleader pompon tail. So cute
Random fact about the poodle cut; their head hair was kept big and one reason was so that owners could tie a ribbon in it and be able to tell their dog apart from others during a hunt from a distance
Big brain honestly
Oh Susanna! What a pretty little lady! And good on you Jetson for not fighting the groomer too much
Them together when they were done looked like a classy older couple!:)
As someone who grew up with Standard Poodles, the title of his video is so true.

I don’t think Jetson’s tail ever stopped! 🤣🤣🤣
What a sweet pair!
Snobby Suzanna looking the bees knees after doing the Charleston out in the rain.
I love that Jetson runs into your shop. Reminds me of vet visits for my two. One starts shaking as soon as we pull up in the car park. The other can't wait to get inside and check out what's going down.
Poodles are just Kings and Queens who stoop to our level (most times)
My poodle knew EXACTLY where he was whenever we got into the groomers.
Thank you for showing a poodle groom!!!. As a proud poodle owner of a 10 year old poodle, I love to see positive side to them and break the stereotype of them being just small yappy dogs. They are obedient and cheerful dogs that make great family pets.
Jetson sounds exactly like my boy. Our groomers comment every now and then how wiggly he is (especially when his feet are touched) but he stands as a long-time resident on thier 'goodest boy/girl' board.
01:20 - Jetson getting his paws shaved reminds me of me getting a shot or getting blood drawn
Love how Justin knows the end is near and starts wagging his tail and just about jumping for joy.
As a child, I had a standard poodle named Cindy. We lived on the beach and we both played in the waves.
My family just celebrated 50 years of standard poodles! Two puppies coming to my brother in the new year!!!
Jetson's hilarious trying to pull his paw away and trying to avoid the spray 😆
Suzana to Jetson :: How are we even related ?
THATs when the camera is on. Later, she is wagging her tail and loving on him.
I wish I could post a picture of Molly Jo, my toy poodle. She was watching this the entire time. She looks like Susie.
I had two poodles growing up and miss them so. These two are adorable.
Look at how cute they both are!!!!!! OMG
I feel like shit today, this made it a bit better. Thank you for your videos❤
RUclips does a great job at recommending channels. I've seen this channel grow over the months without realising I wasn't even subscribed. What an amazing, relaxed thing to watch, well done! :)
"Poodles are very intelligent dogs"
My poodle: *doesn't comprehend simple commands like sit and stay*
Or is secretly smart and pretends not to understand them... (We had a Golden Retriever who did that.) :D
Where dogs are concerned, "intelligent" also also means "willful" or "stubborn".
Certainly can be. Dog intelligence is actually measured as 'working intelligence', which involves things like the time taken to learn new commands - meaning not just intelligence, but cooperativeness is involved too.
Sport and working dogs like Goldens are in the top ten for working intelligence, but are generally quite happy to please (we had one stubborn Golden, mind you!), and individual personality is always a factor too.
Oh, they comprehend alright, they just don't agree that they need to follow your commands. XD
Poodles are notoriously headstrong and independent, and they don't have that same drive to cooperate that most "intelligent" breeds do. If you can figure out what motivates them and make it seem like it's their idea to obey, you'll find they're probably way smarter than you give them credit for.
She is a star!
Once he got the spray he seemed more excited, maybe he realizes that means it's almost over?
They look so adorable after their groom. I can imagine them going to a high society doggie ball
Susanna looks like how I felt when I too, was forced to get dorky haircuts as a kid.
That cut on Suzanna is amazing! :)
I have a toy poodle and he’s far too clever 😂 We’ve been administrating some eye drops to him for the past week and a bit and he’s already learnt what the little bottle does and what the word “eyedrop” means… he runs away immediately to hide under the bed. He’s very well behaved at the groomers though
Yes agree , have four poodles at the moment , 2 are mine, the one in the photo is April 10 yr old apricot toy and I have a 6 month old apricot toy called Lola, and 2 foster poodles too , all extremely smart
We had a toy poodle for 17 years, she was the bees knees. And the best playmate /security for our four kids. Sadly we had to let her go a few years back, she's still madly missed.
You make my day every day. Thank you.
Jetson is not jellybrained. What a sweetheart
I get way to excited hearing what kind of cologne they're getting sprayed with
Jetson reminds me of my poodle that sadly passed away (may he rest in peace), even in behavior when it comes to grooming
Always love to hear your commentary and sense of humour.
They look so cute as a pair!!! Top notch! 🥰
Jetson with the afro and mustache look. XD
Poor guy was so scared of the shave.
While they are both adorable, Jetson wagging that tail was just pure joy. Something wonderful about a happy pup! =)
What a cute pair. I think you did a fine job. They both looked beautiful when you were done.
Oh my god Jetson is SO CUTE, I love his lil puppy dog face at the end, he seemed really happy despite not liking the clippers
Aww! Look at their little fro’s!! So cute!
Well, our senior poodle just gets an all the same length cut, too, just like Jetson ^^' He also doesn't like any water at all, so no real water dog hair cut needed. :)
Look at those happy wagging tails!
You are absolutely correct when you say "It's a Poodles world." We currently own two Poodles in this house. We have one Toy Poodle that is not a fan of being groomed. She acts more like a tomboy wanting to be dirty and not groomed. She has a Standard Poodle sister who is just the opposite. The Standard loves to be groomed and have her nails done. The Standard Poodle is more of a diva.
Hahah you did him dirty with "Jelly brains Jetson" ☠ great doggos!
My best friend has two standard poodles and I love them so much
One of them is as dumb as a brick and it’s absolutely fantastic
The kind of dog that if you throw a blanket over them they just give up immediately because they don’t realize they can easily get out
Doh! - Every time Jetson runs into the shop and realizes where he is.
I always LOVE your editorial comments.
My little mutt was part mini poodle, Chinese Pug and Chihuahua. Sweetest little guy I ever had.
Wowiee, those two are really fashionable! What a great work on them!
Looks like you gave Jetson the Bob Ross.
A co-worker of mine has an apricot standard poodle named Zelda. She often brings her to work where she is such a good girl and gets lots of pets from everyone. She grooms Zelda herself and keeps her in a neat puppy clip. I love it when Zelda's topknot gets all fluffy. Poodles are so good looking.
Justin when getting paws clipped looks EXACTLY like I do when I get an injection. Its a horrible assault on my personal space, but looking away makes it bearable. Poodles are the absolute best. I love the video!
I love poodles and these two were so adorable.
Love the way you describe what you are doing. Your voice is very soothing too. They are our babies and we need to know they are in good hands. You're doing a great job!
The first time I hear of a dog with my name 😁 they're both adorable
They are both adorable! That was so funny, Jetson should know by now he can't pull his paw away, but he still tries. lol
Aw she looked adorable when done... the boy... well he's just goofy LOL
1:43 - Jetson is like look away my paws are too precious
That end shot of them is so adorable!
This yellow dog hair cut is just so adorable😭 , good job
Props to the parents for keeping Susanna tidy! I basically never see poodles that are well kept enough for fancy poodle cuts 😔
Susanna’s ponytail is everything!! 😆 So cute!!
Maybe Jetson likes the groomer enough to put up with the grooming? He seems like a sweet boy.
the names... omg! suzanna and jellybrain jetson! that tail waggin shot of both of them at the end is pure LOOOOVE! 😂
Adorable pups, and you have delightful commentary. 😁
Please do a Westie, I'd love to see how you groom him/her!
I think "Jelly Brains" is my new favorite jab and i'm saving that-
Considering my Mini-poo, he's pretty on par for Suzanna there but has a black coat. We keep him trimmed like Jetson, but with a beard instead of mustache. (Keeping him in poms and jacket dragged in too much pollen that the family was allergic to that we couldn't fully wipe out every time he went out, so had to forgo them. He doesn't seem to care! XD)
He's actually very well behaved, to the point his groomer likes to use him for training and will give me discounts when she does. Again, he doesn't care cause he gets extra attention! (The boy is an attention seeker!!)
I love poodles! We had two toys and chose to keep them in puppy trims just so they were easier for us to brush out at home...man, could they drag in the grass and twigs otherwise! Miss my boys.
My husband walked in when she said, "I've been doing him for several years" 😂😂😂 I made him watch the while video
Have you ever groomed a bichon frise? that would be so cute to see!
Omg I just got a standard poodle puppy!! What a coincidence hah. I’m training him to be a service dog 🥰
Good luck!! They make great service dogs!
@@animeloveer97 thank you!! I actually work with service dogs but we only train labs and goldens… definitely not my cup of tea for dogs 🙂
Just be careful that he doesn't train you instead. XD
These two remind me of my dogs. Different breeds but the same reactions to grooming.
My folks had a mini poodle, dalmatian and a german shepherd mix and the poodle was the tiny terror ring leader of their pack of 3.
Susi would be a lot more adorable with more fluff everywhere tho! They are both so cute :D
yea i personally hate the traditional poodle trim, when they are not full on shaved and their face is more rounded they look super cute
