Desiree, please don’t let anyone tell you how to run your challenges!! This is your channel and it’s up to you how to do everything.
I found it very satisfying to watch you move the money up to the larger numbers no matter how you got there.
I’m so excited for you. That’s a lot of hard work and dedication to get where you’re going.
    Thanks for sharing!! 💛

Now I may be new to the budgeting community but I have been wondering why didn't you just take all the money out and separate it in a cash tray then fill it like that. But that's just me. I have a 💯 dollar envelope challenge going but I'm stuffing each one with a hundred dollar bill it's going to take a long while but it will be 10 thousand when it's done.

Glad to see you have moved to the 100 Envelop challenge book. I started in January and started at 1 and now I’m at 20 now. I’m going in order so I can stuff multiple ones on payday since they are small amounts FOR NOW…LOL It will be a different story once I get to the larger numbers but I’m excited to see the progress every payday. Great video.

Just double the cash in each until you get to an amount that's hard to double, like 25. So instead of saving x by the 25 mark you'll have 2x then fill the last 75 slots regularly

You could make place holders for them instead no. 1-100, to keep pockets under least amount of stress and thickness, put straight into savings account. Could have separate acct if necessary. Means less cash stored at home, not everyone has a safe. 😊

This is a great idea! I think I might do something like this the next time I do this challenge. but my goal right now is to have all the cash on hand, mainly for content purposes, so that way I can do a huge unstuffing video once I am done which I will need all the cash to count🤗

After watching your video, I was thinking - As someone with a very low income, maybe a 25 envelope challenge would be easier for people like me to get started. Then, we can condense the 25 completed envelopes into a 50 envelope challenge starting with $50 (using the 1, 24, and 25 envelopes for the 50, then 4, 22, and 23 would go into the 49, etc). I think making challenges smaller to fit your budget is smart.
I've also seen some budgeters who put a specific denomination, such as $5 into each of the envelopes, which is also smart, because 5 x 100 = 500, and for us penny-pinchers, that's a lot of money saved!

    • @weirdmyst7963

I make $150 a week with no responsibility. My gas is also free. I've saved up $403 in nearly 2 months and I actually go out more now than I did without a job😂 I could say it's hustle but It's all God. I was so happy watching the numbers go up in my calculator.
