Watermelons has black spots on trellis. Is it blossom end rot?

Growing on trellis. Noticed black spots, small fruit and pests. Blossom end rot happens when plants don’t get enough Calcium or water washes away nutrients from plants. Eventually had to add Calcium softgels to add calcium faster.Azomite rock dust was also added .
