That is, someone who persuades others with their display of confidence.
I've always been against using the tone you're referring to at the end, yet so many coaches do not talk about it and so many professionals use it. It sounds very distracting actually.
I am constantly correcting Up Speak these days, Pass. Like so many poor speech habits, it goes unnoticed. The only way to break it is with awareness, buy-in, and practice.
