Hagbane is best on sister of thorn. Run with blackvenom thicket, spread blackvenom on crits, TWO guaranteed crits, plus scavenge ammo trait. Best poison in the game.

Not viable on Sister of the Thorn. Because 16 arrows is too small to keep up stacks all the time. You will run out very quickly.
