Comcast Emergency Alert System - Required Monthly Test (February 28, 2024)

Personally recorded EAS #197. What a nightmare. My area's currently-misconfigured DASDEC outputting February's RMT. The duplicated audio is so harsh that six EOM tones are picked up by any decoding software. As novel as the deformed DASDEC screen is, I'm still holding out hope that Comcast will fix their unit attempting to send out alerts in 4K resolution.

why does 4k mode even exist on dasdecs, its pointless imo.
