Ingredients
8 cups water
1 orange
1 cinnamon stick
Few cloves
Few pimento berries
1 star anis
1/4 cup chopped ginger
1 pk dry sorrel (8oz)
1/4 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp mixed essence
Simmer for 20 minutes
