Wind or no wind looks like a relaxing day on the water.
It made me smile thinking here you are getting becalmed enroute to Beaufort.
Making me think of the Beaufort scale that measures wind strength and how ironic it is that you should be becalmed at that particular location 😁

I am curious, now that you've had a chance to play with the boat a little, what do you think of the sailing characteristics of her? How do like the full keel? I would love to see a video about that. Are you planning any cruising trips further out like to the Florida keys or maybe to the Chesapeake?

how can one convert regular sailboat rigging to Wharram rigging?

It would be challenging. Different mast different main sail it could be done but not sure it’s worth it
