Your place got that Tony Stark vibe now! The way you chop up the info into bite sized fragments makes it way easy to follow. I think I’m about to start calling you “the Professor” real soon ha!

Very informative and interesting! Your experience is definitely realistic to all of us working or studying 8-10 hours a day! The walking pad looks so cool and interesting too! Good luck 😍

Hey, what a beautiful video! Please, keep it up! One question: I noticed you wear a smartwatch, but how exactly do you keep track of your total steps while on the walking pad? Since your arms are usually resting on the table, I suppose those steps might not be counted, am I right?

Hey, thank youuu!! I really appreciate it! 🙏 .. you are right that my smart watch doesn’t count those steps, but I have my phone in my pocket all the time, otherwise they wont be counted. The walking pad counts the steps also, and you can allow the walking pad’s app to register those steps to your phone’s system. But I don’t think it is accurate, I felt it is too generous with the steps, I might have something wrong in the settings though. I think I saw some people put the smart watch on their ankle or something like that! Look into that as well.

Absolutely love this Anas! I’ve been trying to be more active recently and do more besides going to the gym so this sounds fitting to what I wished I could do.
Question tho, where did you get the treadmill from?

Great to hear! You can create your own variation of what I said. Find what works for you! Good luck
The treadmill is bought online from their website. The brand I have is called WalkingPad

I've been walking on a similar device 20-30k steps a day for about a year now. Love it. Totally worth it. It is one of the best investments I have made in my health.

Wow that’s great! I didn’t manage to do above 20k yet, I get tired, but I noticed Im getting stronger and not getting tired easily, so maybe I will reach that.
