    Read with CAUTION TMI:.
    My abdomen was rock hard top to bottom. I heard gurgling noises coming from my belly as I moved through the exercise. Along with some gentle massaging of my abdomen and sides last night's dinner came up. I actually have releif after being in such discomfort and my abdomen feels normal again. I'm 25 weeks and this was the first I vomited since becoming pregnant. Thank you for bringing releif.

      Your welcome, i actually made the bolsters myself, old clothes wraped in a cilinder pillow case ;-)

      I've got to where I got gas everyday. Right now it's bad, while at work
