We fly and get in at 8:20pm on Friday night and plan to grab a late dinner and drive straight to Arches National Park. Are we able to park at the parking lot inside and sleep in our car a few hours and start hiking at 6am?

That sounds fun. We aren't sure about Arches camping rules, but you are allowed into the park really at anytime of day.
