Durdle Door on the Jurassic Coast. It is a World Heritage Site on the English Channel coast of southern England. It stretches from Exmouth in East Devon to Studland Bay in Dorset.
Fantastic zoom - wow. Love the idea I stood where you did @00:24 and walked that path. We absolutely loved Dudle Door. We parked down by West - Lulworth. It was worth the climb. Quite a hike but we were up to it. So lovely to see it again through your lens. That's an amazing camera. Fantastic views Carol and Derek. Just fabulous. Thanks for the memories. 👌🇳🇱🙋♀🇳🇿😍
It is owned by the Ludworth estate (drones are strictly prohibited. I did email them, asking for a map showing their boundaries, and were told they didn’t have one. 🤔
Hi Carol and Derek hope you are both well. Dave says he went here when his children were small and it brought back some happy memories. What a fantastic day the sea looked so blue. The sound of the gentle lapping of the waves was wonderful. Have a great Saturday Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
Fantastic area, Carol & Derek! Loved the baby arch - is that the door? It looks like a portal to another place. 😄 Gorgeous views of the cliffs and water.
The baby arch in the distance isn’t the door, that’s the larger arch. If you look at the big arch the rock formation is said to look like a dragon drinking from the sea. 👍🙏
I watched with pleasure 👍
We wish we could have walked down to the beach but the steps were a bit too much for two old codgers. 😉🙏👍
Thank you for sharing an iconic part of the Dorset coast.
And thank you for watching and commenting 👍🙏😉
