In order to avoid the upside down grass based on stroke direction, all you gotta do is additionally enable mirroring based on stroke direction:
    Set it to:
    Vertical Mirroring
    Based on Drawing Angle
Angular dependence goes from 100% at 0° to 0% at 180° back to 100% at 360°
and it should preserve the up direction.

    •  4 года назад

I will test it tomorrow. Good feedback. Could you send me a capture of the settings? To make sure everything is OK. Thanks

Hello, how do you set vertical mirroring based on drawing angle? I can not find the option: is it by selecting the bell curve when turning on rotation with the drawing angle? I tried doing that, but it doesn't seem to be working properly.
Is it by turning on the vertical mirroring tool? In which case where do you select "based on drawing angle" ? I only get "hide/lock Y line, etc...". Thanks!

Excuse me if I'm confused, but If I only wanted to add a slight tint like a makeup , the lightest color I use basically
Wipes over the visible natural face and gives you a result like a spray paint or a paint brush effect. You loose the natural
Look. Whether it's rock wood or brick. You just afdded the color yes, but the natural brick or face it gone. You just painted over it.
Basically how can you get an incredibly light effect and keep the brick etc.
Sorry I'm 68 and probably described it badly. Basically it's you want to paint the wall you just did a paint spray effect to it all.

No excuses please. This is all based on how we use something called blending modes. maybe this helps. docs.krita.org/en/reference_manual/blending_modes.html. The most used are multiply, overlay, color, hard light. If this solve you doubt let me know. In the case you only want to change the color, not the values, you can use color. //RM
