Arms and legs were burning and I was in and out of breath but always in control. This is a new favourite!
This exercise wasn't equal on both sides :(
Either something happened during editing where footage was lost or Marnie forgot to guide us through the second leg. I backed up to that part of the video to just follow through again. This would've been a great workout had there been some consistency.

Marnie already did an amazing barre workout with fitsugar but WOW this one was perhaps even more amazing! She's a true inspiration talking about science, but also reminding you to be mindful.
