    Aww, Marnie is always the best! 😍 I've been doing push-ups, pull-ups, exercises with kettlebells and dumbbells for over 10 years, but after 4 minutes of this seemingly innocent and easy workout, my arms were burning so bad 🔥 Thank you, Marnie, Leilani and Poofy! 😘

      Its mind in the muscle. If you still don't feel it. Try adding light handweights.

      Anyone who says barre is easy, either hasn’t tried it, or has been lied to. You don’t need weights (unless personally I would of for the tricep curls) and doing lower body work at the same time takes the mind off the arms
