I never comment on your videos, but I need to start because I LOVE them. They're so informational and your voice and style of video is actually a huge stress-relief for me, so thank you for putting so much effort into them!
the best chocolate ball video I saw on RUclips.I even got the ball mould from the site you provided.my friends were shocked when they saw the theatrical effect of the ball.I even made a shall hole in one ball and filled it with whipped cream n mousse with a siphon.IT JUST TASTED HEAVENLY!..
WOOHOO! Girl representing New Zealand with all the goods! This was awesome! Easy to follow, relaxing and enjoyable. I'm defs going to make this during lockdown! Thank you!
Your video isn’t just a simple content but a pleasure and satisfaction.💗😍 I was glued and really loved watching it, well in fact, there was never a time my attention was out of it. Keep making this kind of contents, It is worthy of a million likes! 💖.
that looks fantastic. Would like to know where can i get this sphere mold from. Been tryin from months but could get any lead. I need maximum like 5 inches dia one.
I don't melt the bottom, I keep it whole, and also I have separated the middle and recovered it and another method is not connecting the molds and leaving then separate and let extra chocolate drip out then combine later
I've been throwing down in the kitchen since I started watching Gordon Ramsay on Hell's Kitchen, just because I wanted to watch him yell at people. Didn't anticipate it'd bring out the cook in me. I've had desserts on my mind recently, and THIS looks fun! I Googled plastic spheres and will go looking for one very soon!
There's info missing here about releasing the ball from the mold. I can see from the seam around her ball that she is releasing it off camera before showing it at 3:27. I made mine with way more chocolate for thicker walls, left it in the freezer for 2 hours until I was ready to make dessert. The chocolate was fully hard and still it just split right around where the mold comes apart.
Your recipe is so hard to recreate. How do you prevent the chocolate from sticking to the plastic ball mold? When I open the plastic mold, the chocolate splits in half. The half sphere chocolate wont come off the mold.
Truly enticing recipe! I've had trouble with the chocolate ball though, tried it twice so far and it won't come out of the mold as a whole ball but rather broken in two halves that are almost impossible to get off the plastic ball. Any idea how I could fix that? Thanks in advance!
I have real OCD (yeah, it's sad, I try to fight it) but that chocolate cutting is completely right. It breaks up easier when its cut like that. Everyone complaining are really irritating.
Amazing recipe. So simple, so elegant, so nouvo and so flexible. One thing pisses me off to no end though and that's how she breaks down the chocolate bar at the beginning, it's an OCD sufferer's nightmare XD.
I cant get mine to release form the mold, even though it's been setting in the freezer for hours now. Do you use any sort of release spray on the mold?
I wasted a lot of chocolate and try freezing them, cooling, spray oil inside the dome, put starch, no starch no oil I try them all but won't remove easily they all fail. what's the trick carina?
Whats with all the comments about the chocolate? When you melt chocolate you want to chop it roughly into small pieces so it melts quicker and more evenly, breaking it apart with your hands is just longer all around. It's harder to cut one of the cube of chocolates in half as your knife always wants to go down to the edges, whereas diagonal cuts cut straight through the chocolate without a problem.
Yessss! I know what I'm making for myself for Valentines 😂 Omg you always know how to please me with your videos although you do make me hungry most of the time 😭😕
Hi Carina, Im having trouble with the ball, the chocolate just doesnt come off easily from the mold. Is there a special mold u used or a special chocolate that comes off easily?
Great Video💚Growing up eating NZ Whittakers Chocolate. It's the Yummiest in the🌏World. I loved eating the Peanut Slab, Wow. I just wish they make a Vegan🌱Chocolate
I noticed that the amazon link for the mold that you posted isn't for an actual food mold. Since it's plastic, is it food safe since it doesn't seem like it's made for chocolate.
cut chocolate into smaller pieces...... lose total control and EAT ALL OF THEM.
THE END.

Freeze the 2 halves separately and join them together after removing from the mould
You really gotta love what you are doing.
everyone who is angry about the chocolate its hurting Carina's feelings. so everyone who is angry just SHUT UP or leave
Yeah,Carina couldn't care less about stupid people that act like they have OCD or something
I have real OCD (yeah, it's sad, I try to fight it) but that chocolate cutting is completely right. It breaks up easier when its cut like that. Everyone complaining are really irritating.
Exactly, like she’s showing everyone who to make good food. *sigh* everyone’s so dramatic about CHOCOLATE

+Zhenya Euge It's safe for food, just make sure to clean it well 😊
Carina Stewart Thanks for the response! I was also a bit worried since it didn't say whether or not this was BPA-free.
I tried it it's so tasty
Looks awesome 😍

My sphere always cuts in half and gets stuck. Tried 3 times and failed, any advice on this particular step?
