    Can chocolate sauce and the chocolate ballon be made in advance for a get together. And how to store chocolate balloon

    • @bellytimberhouse

      yes, you can make chocolate balloon in advance. keep that in the cooler place so that it doesn't melt and use whenever you need.
      you can make chocolate sauce as well but don't store it more than 7 days. whenever you need it either microwave it 1 min or heat it on gas and use it. Hope it helps :)

    And how hot should the chocolate be while pouring ??

    • @bellytimberhouse

      No Ma'am - That was for brownie only. To make the chocolate ball, I have poured only melted dark chocolate. The temperature should be not very hot, else the balloon will burst. If you can put your finger and feel that it is hot but still bearable then you are good to go. Hope this helps :)

    • @bellytimberhouse

      yes, you can make it in pan also. take a pan and keep any steel stand in that and preheat it for about 10 min then keep the brownie mold in it and bake at low to medium heat for 25-30 min. check with a toothpick, if it comes clean that means the brownie is ready.

    The balloon part ruined my wives birthday surprise. I tried to melt chocolate without butter, it didn’t work as it came together and stick to each other. I then used butter while melting a chocolate which coated the balloon and I did freeze it for more than 2 hours however when I punctured the balloon ,chocolate dome shrinked too. Suggest me for next time 🥲

    • @bellytimberhouse
      @bellytimberhouse  3 года назад +1

      Please clear some doubts here.
      1) as you said "I tried to melt chocolate without butter, it didn’t work as it came together and stick to each other." - are your talking about the caramel sauce?
      2) I then used butter while melting a chocolate - Did you add butter in melted chocolate for making dome?
      3) I did freeze it for more than 2 hours however when I punctured the balloon ,chocolate dome shrinked too - Any dark chocolate with 53% cocoa needs just 3-4 or maximum 10 minutes to harden. Did you wear gloves while touching the dome?
      Let me know above things so that I can answer you what exactly happened to your dome.

      @@bellytimberhouse Thank you so much for replying. I used Amul dark chocolate 55% cocoa to make a balloon dome that was kept in a feeezer for more than 2 hours and yes i wore gloves 🧤 . I also used double boiler method to melt the chocolate, i had to use butter while melting the chocolate as it stared becoming stick in texture.
