After reading this creepypasta, i thought to myself "this isn't just any Godzilla creepypasta, this is a blueprint for a really good Godzilla game". I was right. Let's all give our support to cosbydaf and Iuri Nerry who are making a legit Godzilla game based on this creepypasta.
The NGC game is shaping up to be a a legitimately awesome love letter to the Godzilla series. So far you can unlock all the fightable "normal" (non-replacement) kaiju bosses as characters, and Hedorah is confirmed for the future. The playable character system works in such a way where you can create custom "scenarios" where you can start with two kaiju of you choosing (as well as game modifiers you can find in the game world) in order to provide a ton of replayability and potential theme runs or challenge runs to spice things up.
It was more of him getting some redemption back from being a demon scout to a demon that redeem his humanity back till the end when he got killed by Red till that grave part where the monsters and Melissa are there Solomon is there so i think he got his redemption and heroic status as well (also editor note) But i think when he saw red ate and attacked Melissa that pushed him to join Zachary party and end up betraying Red.
The first time I got to that part of the story I was like wtf. 😂😂😂 Fun fact I lowered the volume or flat-out turned it off when the Mallissa and blue angle Jumscare happen
@@saltystick_99 the green temple theme so good I wanna flip a table and tap dance wearing knife shoes to piss of the downstairs neighbors that I don’t have
For anyone who doesn't know. The final attack Destoroyah was gonna do, was actually planned for the movie however it was scrapped which makes the game even weirder for knowing scrapped attacks from monsters.
@@anglepsycho Uhh I'm pretty sure Jet Jaguar was set to appear anyway as it was the winner of a kid contest for what the next monster to appear in a Godzilla movie would be, and the original design was heavily altered because the main person behind the film wanted to simplify it but uh ok.
@@anglepsycho Also by what you're saying, Solomon would've appear in "Terror Of Mechagodzilla", Jet Jaguar doesn't appear in that movie, so I don't know what you are talking about, unless you meant "Godzilla Vs Megalon" which was in 1973
despite Face’s erratic behaviors and questionable actions at first, throughout the game he started to gain a conscious, comprehend what was going on and began to look out for Zach’s best interest. You can see this in the gradual change of the questions he asks him. Just like RED was watching him the entire time, Face was too. His final two actions represent this. He asked if he will miss him because he knew his time was running short and RED was actively trying to kill him as he knew what Face was doing, trying to protect Zach. Hence why he gave him Solomon, an OP kaiju so he could push a bit more for what was to come later (The Chimera etc). The clearest sign is when he gave him Acacius, that angel kaiju. His final screen was him literally being killed and murdered by RED as his last act of sacrifice was to give him Acacius. Hence why RED aggressively took him away when Zach tried to use him. He knew Acacius had the power to beat him and knew the meaning behind Acacius.
I think face was teaching Zack how to use monsters right instead of using one and I think when face took away his monsters he was trying think that can he only use mothra as to fight everything as a weak monster I think Idk.
what really freaks me out about some of the later levels is that they're so fucking large they had to scale down the skyscraper-sized monsters like godzilla to just half size really adds to the eldrich terror of all this, imagine an average person in any of these environments even as early as that greenish labrynth

One of the reasons why it's such a great creepypasta is because the game it picks is fitting for a horror story. With other creepypastas, it's always incredibly innocent and classic games. But Godzilla: monster of monsters? It's a game about giant monsters killing eachother with their bare hands. Perfect game for a story like this, and it's also never really been done before.
Theories on the game. I believe that the mass suicide involving the bobblehead people is both meant to be symbolic of events in the story, and a sign of sentience within the creatures in the game. Symbolically it could represent the prospect of Melissa's death and the impact it had on Zach, but it could also be that there behavior is a part of there beliefs. Maybe they off themselves to appease some kind of vengeful deity ( possibly Red ) to gain respite from its wrath, similar to the natives of Skull island and there sacrificial rituals to appease Kong. The demon raptors in the shadow maze to me resemble nuns or cultists to an extent, the hair on there bodies resembling robes of some sort, which may imply that these are worshippers of red or some other malevolent entity. They may also be warded off by the face statues due to them being manipulated by Melissa's presence which could be considered divine to the beings living within the game. This could parallel the old belief that demons are warded away by holy objects like salt or a cross. Red is stated to have assaulted Melissa while she was in the game, which given how Zenith is a perversion of everything that came before, the Blood lake boss rupturing our of the suspiciously "feminine" entity like some fucked up C - section, may be a representation of the angel in the cemetary, and the possibility that Red assaulted her in "that" way. The design of Not Mechagodzilla's head bears a striking resemblance to the Melissa totems in the golden, and shadow mazes. which may imply further mockery of Melissa's damnation by red. The holy temple at the beginning of Extus may be a sort of final defiance against Red's tyranny, and Solomon ransacking it may signify that the last means of resistance against Red's power had been extinguished. Further more, the gem in the angels head may be a means to where red gains his power surge at the end of the story. Final theory: Solomon not being allowed to enter the graveyard, may be caused by the fact that he was once affiliated with Red and his evil actions, further proven by there dialogue exchange at the final confrontation. Furthermore at the end of the story Solomon's eyes were blue rather than red, as if he had been redeemed for his evil actions in the past. Feel free to critique me on my theories.
I always thought the blood lake boss along with the moon boss was supposed to imply that Melissa died while pregnant with Zach’s child, which was half of the reason why her death traumatized him so deeply. That and Face was their unborn child which is why he asked so many weird questions since he never got to live.
@@conquestanddeath4406That definitely can be another viable explanation for the Humanoid. I always saw it as a perversion of fertility. Given how it was stated that Zach and Melissa were dating in there youth, it would make a bit more sense for Red to have his way with her as a means of psychological warfare towards the protagonist. Zach being the caring person he is, would fell regret due to him knowing that he wouldn't be able to start a life with Melissa, and that she was stuck in Red's whims. Plus the suggestively exaggerated feminine features on the angel avatar would pinpoint to the perversion of her femininity, as well as the superficial resemblance to the humanoid in Zenith. The humanoid itself also bears similarly exaggerated female anatomy and a similar outline to the angel. So maybe as punishment for her defiance at the end of Extus, Red killed the angelic manifestation of Melissa and either Recorporealated her soul into the red angel as a sort of evil husk of her former self, or turned her into the humanoid as a means of making her more torpid and helpless. Hence explaining the spine/umbilicus being anchored to her body, it's a means of restricting her to the sessile position she's in at the end of the Blood Lake level. As for Face, I think he's simply another Independent manifestation of the games A.I, and the questions he asks are either about Zach's personal vices, or are prophetic foreseeings of future events. Or he's just trying to fuck with you. Feel free to critique.
This story always scared and fascinated me so much. Imagine having what looks like a normal game but it changes to create a completely personalized adventure, whilst getting into the head of who plays it as if it's reading your mind.
I like that Zach sometimes talks as if rather than the monsters going through the levels and fighting its him. And I know many people who play games do this but with this context it really fits.
That’s true In a way it works in this story since they can’t talk besides Solomon it make the audience feel like Zach is going threw this nightmare then the monsters
This is definitely one of the better haunted game pastas out there. Probably one of the best? The ending is definitely something that weighs it down a bit, but other than that, not bad
This creepypasta actually convinced me check out Godzilla: Monster of Monsters on the NES, and after playing all the way through, I think the pasta is honestly a fantastic homage to the game. As others have joked, the base game itself is cursed. Not in a literal sense obviously, but the game is very glitch prone and filled with bizarre enemies and kaiju bosses whom themselves act mysteriously if sporadically. Gezora and Gigan will back you into the corner, Hedorah will creepily keep to the back and not move much, and Baragon will randomly pause combat to look around and momentarily stare at the player. Also, there's this really odd enemy that isn't mentioned in the game's instruction manual or this creepypasta but is in fact more dangerous than any of the other enemies in the game, including the bosses. It's shaped like a yellow half moon with a pair of rocket boosters on the back. It'll hone in on Godzilla Mothra and drain the shit out of your health until it passes through you; if it passes through you before killing your monster that is. It appears on all levels later in the game and is a surprise to be sure when you first encounter it. However it can be easily dodged once you know how to deal with it, and I definitely said aloud "not this time asshole!" when I first dodged it successfully. Again, great creepypasta and a solid homage to the original game.
I think Red in its final form (at least if it was on Earth instead of Zenith) would have its head outside of the atmosphere - or at least far too high for it to be able to procure enough oxygen to support its gargantuan size with; because gases becomes scarcer as you lower atmospheric pressure. I used to tell myself that when I was 9 so I would stop freaking out about Red lmao.
this pasta is so silly and over-the-top but MAN I love it. I'm not a Kaiju-buff but it's so clear that the author LOVES Kaijus and was partially using the story to explore his love of them. It's so clear that this whole story is a work of love and it's delightful. I also just love the idea of this living, breathing world in this NES cartridge, with it's own ecosystems and wildlife. It's just such a good pasta and I really wanna know more about the author's vision for the Not-Monsters and all the weird alien creatures. I wanna know where these ideas came from!! They're clearly super thought out! Still the best, indeed.
Milessa's death is undoubtibly the more impactful, but there's something about face's death that has always bothered me. The way he just says "will you miss me?", knowing what fate will befall himself, lightly disturbs me. It's a rare moment of humanity from a otherwise goofy and unnoteworthy character.
Honestly this and Ben Drowned is simply a masterpiece. However, it's been years and still with multiple readings I still don't feel bored with this story. I think the reason why both of these stories succeed is due to great storytelling along with impressive visuals.
Something that I had never noticed until now, that moon creature boss has a black streak across it's neck, and I realized it sort of looks like a skid mark, and that gave me the horrible realization that the moon creature was supposed to represent Melissa, and the fact that Zachary had gotten flashbacks to her, adds onto that. Also those totem poles in the totem pole level looked like the question face, face's
I still can't get over how perfectly each music track used fits with the description given. Especially Unforgiving Cold and Zenith. Goji the original narrator did a great job. I also think the part where the author calls Red out for cheating was funny. And Red begrudgingly acknowledges he has to fight by the rules. Only to do it again when he tries to prevent the author from using Acacius. Red is a dirty cheater lol.
I remember back then I heard of this creepypasta but I never thought of checking it out, wasn't until the middle of 2021 where I read "THANK YOU FOR PLAYING RAYMAN" (another good creepypasta) and heard the creator took inspiration from this, I decided to check it out and I didn't regret it one bit, while I never knew alot about Godzilla growing up, this creepypasta really had my attention, it was something both godzilla and non-godzilla fans can enjoy I enjoyed how unusual and strange the levels felt, and as the story progressed the stranger the levels and bosses got, this creepypasta thankfully wasn't a "everyone dies and there was hyper realistic blood oh and there was realistic crying", it was something far beyond that, way better as well, once u check out the whole story, this creepypasta is unforgettable to a point u can remember almost everything, there will never be a creepypasta as good as this one
Oh, for some lore, TOHO genuinely made Solomon for the 1975 movie Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla but, due to being too detailed and deemed scary for kids toys, they abandoned him and we have Jet Jaguar now which is why people hated Jaguar for so long until the Godzilla: Singular Point anime came out!
An interesting little detail I found out is that the planets Pathos, Trance, Dementia, Entropy, Extus, and Zenith are all named after mental health diseases.
@heroicheart6911 Pathos can refer to many things regarding mental health, but one of them is a program called Inteisve Outpatient Program, or IOP for short, helps people with mental health problems There is a mental problem called Trance and Possession Disorder, or TPD, which is characterized by epsidoes in which someone may act, talk, or behave in a way that is inconsistent with how they normally are. One type of entropy called Brain Entropy is possibly an index to diagnose mental health diseases. High brain entropy is able to disrupt basic mental functions like thoughts, mood, and behavior. Brain entropy is something that can increase through genetics, the environment, or both. After taking another look, Extus and Zenith are just vocabulary words. Extus means outside, and Zenith means high point ir highest point. Looking back, most of the planets were either intentionally or unintentionally named after mental problems.
Zenith is *usually* a word used specifically to refer to energy/power. Which makes sense considering that the game is coming to its highest point of tension and power as this poor guy prepares to traverse hell and fight a literal demon.
This story...just...Jesus Christ, it's something special...for multiple reasons. If it weren't for this I wouldn't be a Godzilla fan today...and I wouldn't have started doing comics either. I started one based on this exact pasta.
The Virgin Sonic.EXE -Really bad -Bratty Author because it was removed -Horrible Sequal The Chad NES Godzilla creepypasta -Really good and scary -Has screencaps that feel real -Great Sequal
This story has certain aspects as a normal and cliche videogame creepypasta but it plays it at the most best way possible this story took terrible cliches and generic aspects and made it work for a number of reasons
I've been coming back every few years to listen to this for ages, thank you for preserving the reading. This was one of my favourite creepypastas, I'm really happy to see it remembered to this day :]
Spoliers in the following comment, but if you're down here, you likely already watched the whole thing. A comment I saw for the Red fight and Zenith brought up an idea. Red was the instrument of his own demise. Why? He didn't allow Zach to use Acacius. Think about it, when Angirus and Solomon were unlocked, Zach used them immediately. Red didn't allow this to happen with Acacius, meaning that Zach's only hope would be on full health for the final hour. Could Zach still have pulled through even with Acacius weakened? No. If he did the exact things he did in the fight, he would've lost if Acacius had been on lower health. After all, he only had about a quarter-bar left at the end of the fight. Because Red locked away Acacius, meaning that Acacius couldn't be hurt before the fight. Red sealed his own fate.

This is actually the only creepypasta that actually made me feel scared and unsettled. The good thing that the this Godzilla Creepypasta is that it's long and it shows more story to our narrator AKA Zack about what he saw that scarred him for life.
2:53 "The annoying thing is that Gazora backs you into a corner and keeps smashing you with his tentacle, and you can't move until he gets off you" *AYO???* 🤨🤨📸📸
When I first listened to this creppypasta as a kid, I couldn't sleep well for at least a month. It was a genuinely terrifying and beautiful story. And still is to this day. Easily the best written and most compelling and terrifying creepypasta ever made IMO.
I love this narration of the Pasta. NES Godzilla is my favorite Gaming Creepy pasta already, but Goji's narration, especially at the end, is the best I've heard (and I found the pasta through Mutahar). The narration at the end makes me feel Emotions no other pasta has made me feel. Bravo Goji
What makes me like Acacius and the cartridge is that the Rules Red talks about doesn't just apply to Zach's playthrough. Acacius plays a bigger role in the cartridge than just a one-time playable character. If the main antagonist or the player cheats (With Red, he took a cheap shot on Godzilla when Zach was distracted, paralysed Zach and attempted to induce a heart attack. And for a player, using a cheat engine.) Then Acacius or one of his kind would send warnings to the player, eventually fighting and defeating them effortlessly as punishment, thus causing the game for the person to return to normal. For Red's case, there was no warning because Red was literally breaking every rule possible in the final battle. In Replay, this is why Warlock is being very careful so he doesn't incur their wrath.
and red gets away killing godzilla the first time cuz zac got him backing using the password so they both didn't follow the rules so non of them got punished for it
@@trolledfordrip Then again though, Zach was brought back to right where he left off. Guessing that the Agelum (Acacius's kind) believed that Red may have cheated when Zach heard that noise from somewhere else and saw Godzilla dying.
Song: Nes Godzilla Artist: Cosbydaf Album: Satan is banging my dead girlfriend Lyrics: When I was a little kid, the two things I loved most in life were Godzilla, and NES games. So naturally when Godzilla: Monster of Monsters came out, it was like a dream come true. Well, almost. To sum it up, most of the game revolved around getting through (very repetitive) outer space levels while smashing up tanks and jets, and then fighting against Godzilla's monster enemies. Overall it was pretty mediocre, but back then I didn't care. When I got the game as a present for my tenth birthday, I played it night and day, as much as I could. Unfortunately I had traded the game for Amagon a year later, much to my regret when I found out what that game was like. Recently, I had bought a new NES system, and through a lot of hunting and asking around, my friend Billy finally managed to find a copy of Godzilla: Monster of Monsters. I was pumped to play my favorite childhood game. It never even occurred to me to ask where Billy found it. He also gave me some other games like Legend of Zelda, Bomberman and some stupid thing called Action 52, but Godzilla had to come first. So I started the game, and the nostalgia came flooding back like a tidal wave. Godzilla's 8-bit theme song flooded proudly through the speakers and I was soon grinning like an idiot. Some people laugh at me for playing such outdated games, but I've never had as much enjoyment for any games other than those on the NES. Those 8-bit games take me back to when things were much simpler, more...safe. But after what's happened with this game I don't have those feelings anymore. I had forgotten how quick the fun of smashing things as Godzilla wore off in the scrolling levels. The game bombards you with bullets and things crashing into you from every direction, and you're too big to avoid most of them. Although my excitement had worn down some, it wasn't long at all before I got to my first boss battle. My first opponent was Gezora, an obscure squid kaiju who had never been in a Godzilla movie. The most annoying thing about fighting Gezora is that he always backs you into a corner and starts smacking you with his tentacle, and you're unable to move until he gets off you. This move doesn't do any damage, but it can stall you until the timer runs out and you have to start the fight over, and he regains some health. It's as annoying as it sounds. And of course, he did it when I fought him. Only for some reason this caused the game to glitch up, because once he started smacking me, he never stopped. The timer is supposed to end the fight in about forty seconds, but this lasted for nearly five minutes. After a while the graphics started to mess up, with little red blocks all over the place. Which was weird, but I just took the game out, blew on it, and then started again. I wasn't about to let a little glitch stand in my way. So I started again and this time defeated Gezora and the level's other boss monster, Moguera without any problems. So then it was onto the next planet: Mars. I browsed around the board and found something unexpected: where Varan's piece should have been, there was instead a piece representing Titanosaurus. There were only ten kaiju in the game, and Titanosaurus was not one of them. Or so I thought. Perhaps Titanosaurus was originally intended to be in the game but was swapped out with Varan for some reason? So I began to feel very excited - not only was I playing my favorite game, but I was playing a prototype of some sort with a new monster! Needless to say, I ran through the levels as fast as I could to see Titanosaurus in action. Fought Gezora again and beat him before he could do his tentacle smack, but this time the glitch started happening when he died. Gezora's sprite didn't sink to the bottom, but instead seemed to be devoured by the glitch, and his eye started randomly spawning all over the screen. I know now that these glitches with Gezora were my first warning sign that something was very wrong with this game. But foolishly I ignored it, and proceeded on to fight Moguera, who this time had a glitch of his own: Moguera was twice the size he should have been, which startled me. He was also considerably harder to beat than usual(which is to say, not at all), but soon I had defeated him also, and when he died yet another glitch happened: This happened extremely fast so I was lucky to get a screencap of it at all, but what happened was that the Giant Moguera sprite started to "shatter" and "melt". Also if you look at the garbled text at the right corner of the screen, you'll notice what appears to be a bird in a cage...I still have no idea what that meant. At this point I was about to fight Titanosaurus, and I was worried as to what kind of glitches would happen this time. But to my surprise, Titanosaurus looked just fine, although all of the game's bipedal monsters were the same height, Titanosaurus was a bit taller. But since Titanosaurus actually was taller than Godzilla in his film debut, I thought this was kinda cool. After a very fun fight with the monster that wasn't supposed to be in the game, I took over the enemy base and proceeded not to Jupiter like normal, but instead to... "Pathos":
I think this reading is one of the best examples of a creepypasta narration that takes advantage of the medium (aside from a few hiccups during the yes/no questions but those were legitimate mistakes). Not only is the voice acting great, but extra additions like turning certain scenes into jumpscares like the "kill yourself" screen (which wouldn't be as scary in a video if it was just the picture) and the choices of music to match the scenes (and not just for tone), just make this the definitive reading of this story for me.
Face taking away Zach's other monsters seems like an asshole move early on, but if you really think about it, Zach wouldn't have been able to get through the whole planet without Mothra. The level layouts are almost impossible and way too dangerous for any of the other monsters. Thanks Face.
I guess the main reason that Zach saw it as an ***hole move was the fact that he had a maniacal expression and just said “Too bad!” Maybe things would’ve been different if face instead said “forgive me for this.”
Man, I rember the first time I heard this. I was a sophomore in HS, and my family and I had just come back from the flea market. I wanted to try out some new headphones I got, and this was the first thing I listened to. Good times lol
What I kinda like is, when this first came out, the entire "MUH GIRLFRIEND" in the game and Red being her killer, were lame af. But with Replay, it pretty much makes it known, Melissa wasn't actually in the game, Red didn't have anything to do with her, it was all just made using Zach's memories and mind, which now really adds to the creepyness of the game. I hope Cosbydaf finishes Replay some day, it really could be killer depending how he ends it.
I heard Replay got an update a few months back although I'm wondering if the second part has since been added. Either way, I actually really like the new tone it got.
I think he can only do 1 or 2 super bs things at a time i.e keep zac playing and keep him from useing the op monster. but if he over uses his power he can be overpowered by others i.e the blue angel
You have to admire the artwork as well as the story... The design of the new monsters is unsettling in a way I can't describe. H.R Giger would be proud.
When red jumpscared on 1:47:59 I almost had a heart attack and every time I see red I say the power of Christ compels you Edit: thank you all so much for the likes
I'm not sure where else to put this, but this is my theory (contains spoilers? For REPLAY, the sequel) The game cartridge is most likely haunted (something along the lines). The demon haunting it most likely gets into the head of the person playing it and pulls out their deepest regrets and fears, using it against them in the game (it's described in the REPLAY of tests done where people who play it have something weird/horrible happen while others don't.) It could be doing it for fun, to take souls, to kill, etc. since of the external force used against Zachary. It simply looks different but has the same components (the face is most likely the same), meaning that Green is probably Red/the demon haunting the cartridge.
@@danielryan6604 Last time I checked no, and probably because the creator is working with some people to make this creepypasta a game (so far they've gotten to the first fight with Red).

This is awesome. I like to mention so much shit because it’s so cool. For every boss, monster, world, and so on, they always relate to the imagery of Zachary and Melisa. Such as the TV’s with the kid eating a lolipop: a reference how Zach use to be such a happy kid back then. The bobble heads killing themselves which also reference how Melisa also killed herself and wanted relief possibly. Red being accompanied by another monster with the statues which might hint that these monsters are maybe brothers of some kind who use manipulation of mental and physical pain to gain pleasure. And so on so forth, so much things which “don’t” seem to relate to Zack, actually relate to him and Melisa too, all connected like one brain and one imagination
Honestly, I absolutely love most of the ending. Bad endings are overdone in these kinds of stories. Only problem I really have is Zach selling his girlfriend's final resting place.
@@theliam37 What about all the harmless/benevolent entities in the game, though? If Zach has to warn people what they're getting into (meaning he also thinks there's a chance of other people getting hurt buying it) then there's also a risk of the friendly monsters being placed in danger again.
@@ElijahW2003 probably. But then again the gameplay and story differs from a different person. Since it was mentioned that they'll depart(ending), the story is over or so we thought., The anomalies manifested in the game is based on what Zach is going through prior from playing the cartridge. So Karl/Carl had different perspective when he bought and played the game.
yeaaaaah nooooooooo this doesn't have any of the depth or messaging that any of the showa era godzilla movies had (especially 54 although blah blah blah everyone says that about g54). and like the point of a creepypasta is it's supposed to be down to earth and scare you because what happens in the story is plausible. like urban legends - good urban legends are entirely plausible, and bad ones have stupid shit like skinwalkers who totally genetically copy you yet have never been caught on camera. there's also a huge discrepancy between what the game's being played on, there are constant screenshots, yet this is allegedly being played on an NES. that doesn't make any sense. that's not how that works. and that's what the whole story, and all the images attached, are hinged on. but even more than that, a spooky demon possessed his ex girlfriend to kill herself and then dragged her into a cartridge of godzilla: monster of monsters for the NES. incredibly plausible. the spritework wasn't as good earlier on but as the story and time progressed it did improve a lot. the story isn't entirely bad and the selection of monsters was pretty OK in terms of playable characters and in terms of boss monsters. the original monsters were a good touch as well, red was actually somewhat imposing earlier on before we knew he was totally a real life demon or whatever, too. but i implore you, that if you genuinely believe this is the best godzilla or best kaiju project ever... please watch a godzilla movie or watch a kaiju movie. hop on g54. hop on king kong vs godzilla - the 1962 movie, not the 2021 movie. the 62 movie legitimately has more to say than the 2021 movie. or mothra vs godzilla - the 1964 movie. maybe godzilla vs hedorah. maybe destroy all monsters. all those movies have so much more reason to exist and so much more to say than this.
@@spacehunternebulanm7003the narrator literally address that it's weird the graphics are good on the NES. It's obvious why it's good. The game isn't normal so why should the graphics be graphically correct too?
I wouldn't say jeff the killer is disturbing Just kinda a because its scary. Like outlast 2. Its poorly written with its entire story feeling like the ending of godzilla nes. Bland. Unpolished. 1:53:15 theory: Red is not evil but instead possessed/brainwashed by whatever the other thing, I mean he does look scared, and maybe he made that as his last bit of humanity made those statues as a cry for help. Possibly why he didn’t change into his final form until the end maybe he had a bit of control, just enough to not transform.
Only one issue I personally see with that theory. Wouldn’t Red have been freed from control after his fight, even if it’s just as a spirit? Or wouldn’t have given some sort of gratitude as he died? Like saying “Thank you…”
After reading this creepypasta, i thought to myself "this isn't just any Godzilla creepypasta, this is a blueprint for a really good Godzilla game".

I love how the game had its goofy moments like solomon's victory screen and some parts of the quiz levels. It makes the in-game world feel more alive.
despite Face’s erratic behaviors and questionable actions at first, throughout the game he started to gain a conscious, comprehend what was going on and began to look out for Zach’s best interest.
This also explains why face made Zach use mothra in entropy because face knew if Zach used any other monster then he would be dead
I think face was teaching Zack how to use monsters right instead of using one and I think when face took away his monsters he was trying think that can he only use mothra as to fight everything as a weak monster I think Idk.
Theory: Face might be a scout for Melissa to give Zach new monsters to ensure RED doesn’t kill him.
@@zhiweilim3187 No need to theorize, he's most definitely a scout for Melissa's spirit. How would you explain it?

what really freaks me out about some of the later levels is that they're so fucking large they had to scale down the skyscraper-sized monsters like godzilla to just half size
really adds to the eldrich terror of all this, imagine an average person in any of these environments even as early as that greenish labrynth

The fact the nes didn’t light on fire during the later levels is practically insane
So your saying red attacked her via… R to the A to the P to the E.. Makes sense
That’s disturbing af but being a creepypasta it’s probably true
I always thought the blood lake boss along with the moon boss was supposed to imply that Melissa died while pregnant with Zach’s child, which was half of the reason why her death traumatized him so deeply. That and Face was their unborn child which is why he asked so many weird questions since he never got to live.
The bobblehead were pikmin who drank the toxic waste
And the game knows this, too. So it takes advantage of that.
Sometimes creepypastas dont need overley saturated spooky images or excessive blood, just a really interesting horror story
To be fair though, the images in this one really take it to the next level

Everybody gangsta until the moon thing looks at you after you said that
Imagine how Big these Monsters would be from a Human's POV. They oughta be Ginormous.
Fr they were probably around from 800 - 1500 feet tall
Red in the final battle could have its head in the clouds with its feet on the ground.

Wha? Explain pls. I know of dementia but not the others.
@heroicheart6911 Pathos can refer to many things regarding mental health, but one of them is a program called Inteisve Outpatient Program, or IOP for short, helps people with mental health problems
There is a mental problem called Trance and Possession Disorder, or TPD, which is characterized by epsidoes in which someone may act, talk, or behave in a way that is inconsistent with how they normally are.
@@Bruce_shark-08 thank you. Never heard of some of them and wasn't sure what they ment. Thank you again and Happy Thanksgiving.

Face actually helped Zach by having him play Mothra only for that chapter.

Song: Nes Godzilla
Artist: Cosbydaf
Album: Satan is banging my dead girlfriend
Lyrics:
When I was a little kid, the two things I loved most in life were Godzilla, and NES games.
But foolishly I ignored it, and proceeded on to fight Moguera, who this time had a glitch of his own:
Moguera was twice the size he should have been, which startled me. He was also considerably harder to beat than usual(which is to say, not at all), but soon I had defeated him also, and when he died yet another glitch happened:
This happened extremely fast so I was lucky to get a screencap of it at all, but what happened was that the Giant Moguera sprite started to "shatter" and "melt".
"Pathos":
You madlad, you did the entire transcript of Chapter 1 with an extra joke at the start
My man!
When I pressed "See More" I thought oh god this is an entire three hours worth of text isn't it.
@Midnight_Exists
Nah it's 6 minutes and 11 seconds worth of text
@@theveryhateableowl1991 I know, it was just my first thought.

What I kinda like is, when this first came out, the entire "MUH GIRLFRIEND" in the game and Red being her killer, were lame af. That moment when you realize that face was killed by Red
I'm not sure where else to put this, but this is my theory (contains spoilers? For REPLAY, the sequel)
The game cartridge is most likely haunted (something along the lines).

Very nice touch of adding "who will know" from Shin Godzilla at the end there

@FrebbinsIsh-yn7xv 2:42:28 This one? Yes it is! 😊
Honestly, I absolutely love most of the ending. Bad endings are overdone in these kinds of stories. Only problem I really have is Zach selling his girlfriend's final resting place.
Fr like i think he should have buried it where Melissa’s body was buried that would have been a better ending
I believe Melissa’s soul went back to the place where her body was buried at after the story happened since the soul didn’t need to worry about red
Since it was mentioned that they'll depart(ending), the story is over or so we thought., The anomalies manifested in the game is based on what Zach is going through prior from playing the cartridge. this is a stupid creepypasta. it doesn't make any sense. you are insane

yeaaaaah nooooooooo
this doesn't have any of the depth or messaging that any of the showa era godzilla movies had (especially 54 although blah blah blah everyone says that about g54). and like the point of a creepypasta is it's supposed to be down to earth and scare you because what happens in the story is plausible. like urban legends - good urban legends are entirely plausible, and bad ones have stupid shit like skinwalkers who totally genetically copy you yet have never been caught on camera. there's also a huge discrepancy between what the game's being played on, there are constant screenshots, yet this is allegedly being played on an NES. that doesn't make any sense. that's not how that works. and that's what the whole story, and all the images attached, are hinged on. but even more than that, a spooky demon possessed his ex girlfriend to kill herself and then dragged her into a cartridge of godzilla: monster of monsters for the NES. incredibly plausible.
the spritework wasn't as good earlier on but as the story and time progressed it did improve a lot. the story isn't entirely bad and the selection of monsters was pretty OK in terms of playable characters and in terms of boss monsters. the original monsters were a good touch as well, red was actually somewhat imposing earlier on before we knew he was totally a real life demon or whatever, too.
but i implore you, that if you genuinely believe this is the best godzilla or best kaiju project ever... please watch a godzilla movie or watch a kaiju movie. hop on g54. hop on king kong vs godzilla - the 1962 movie, not the 2021 movie. the 62 movie legitimately has more to say than the 2021 movie. or mothra vs godzilla - the 1964 movie. maybe godzilla vs hedorah. maybe destroy all monsters. all those movies have so much more reason to exist and so much more to say than this.
