    it will never reduce your belly fat, it will just train your abs. For reducing your belly fat you should go with a calorie deficit and weight training

    Boss you can have only cuts with crunches and planks. No spot reduction is possible. If you want to reduce ur belly fat, you need to reduce bur overall weight. Then only ur belly fat reduces
