Pandan Custard
Pandan leaves - 6 whole leaves (33g)
Coconut milk - 1.5 cups (315ml)
Condensed milk - 3 tbsp (60g)
Corn starch - 1/4 cup (39g)
Water - 1/2 cup
Egg yolk - 2 yolks
Salt - 1/4 tsp 1.5g
Sugar - 1/4 cup (50g)
Dough
Glutinous rice flour - 2 cups (238g)
Rice flour - 1 cup (115g)
Sugar - 1/3 cup (72g)
Salt - 1/2 tbsp (9g)
Baking powder - 1/2 tbsp (7 g)
Plain Box Mashed potato - 1/2 cup (128g)
Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
Water -3/4 cup (130ml) + 2 to 2.5 tbsp
White Sesame Seeds (optional)

You wrote 2 egg yolk but I saw you drop 3, so which one is it?
@@r0ck_fr3sh the recipe calls for 2 egg yolks. I used 4 in the video because I doubled the recipe as mentioned in the beginning of the video. You only see 3 yolks because the 4th one broke in the bowl
