    5-6 pandan leaves
    130g (1/2 cup + 2 tsp.) water
    1 large egg
    75g (1/3 cup + 2-2/3 tbsp.) coconut sugar
    23g (3 tbsp.) cornstarch
    120g (1/2 cup) coconut milk
    8g (1-1/2 tsp.) pandan extract
    300g (1-1/4 cup) whipping cream
    23g (3 tbsp.) icing sugar
    5g (1 tsp.) vanilla
    Pandan Ganache
    100g (3.5 oz) white chocolate
    2.5g (1/2 tsp.) pandan extract
    65g (1/4 cup + 1 tsp.) whipping cream
    Garnish
    toasted coconut
