Getting the Balmung on Larcei has always been one of my favorite things in Genealogy and I wanted to make a more gameplay oriented video for a while now so I might as well show this off.

I find it absolutely hilarious how easily she trivialized Julius. This and this alone is the real reason why she wasn't allowed to get her hands on that sword by normal means.

Scáthach is likely to remain the final name, as that is also his Japanese name.

I played thru FE4 for the first time recently. My Larsei was totally broken and I wished so bad for her to have Balmung...thank you for the great vid and tip!!

Those games have godlike music, I've been thinking of how I could use them in my videos for a while now
I promoted her in chapter 6.
Just by getting exp from the ch.6 boss.
With an iron sword she doesn’t deal big damage even if she procs astra & stuff.
As someone who finds the sword uppercuts really silly, I gotta say... FE4 did it really well
They really should make this a feature if they remake this game

I always want every child to do their best though, I can’t bring myself to feed one person… also IMO if it weren’t for this glitch Noish would be the best combat father for Larcei just because critical Astra is absolutely bonkers…
Fun to watch though! Might try one for Lex gaming where I get him to kill Lombard.
I can't blame you, with how big the maps are and the occasional villages being around you really want everyone to participate. Outside of the glitch I like Noish as her father too since critical + charge is such a fun combo for the Isaach twins.

I just remember Larcei and Scathach scoring crits like crazy.
@@Zastralord So what that possibly means is with Critical from Noish, 100 kills on a weapon and lover/sibling bonuses you could have over 100% crit?

@@DrayxArt Rutger would be proud. I have an old save file where Larcei doesn't always crit but maybe her weapons also just didn't reach enough kills, I can't remember.

@@Chickenworm9394 Its Julius' Nihil skill disabling them. I have no idea why Larcei's Adept still gets through though.

And I really wish it was possible in case Forsetti gets stuck on someone like Coirpre or Artur having the Valkyrie staff when he cannot use it even after promoting.

0:13 fe4 enemies are not so strong that you need larcei to attack 20 fucking times in one round of combat. Just bring like half a dozen mounted units and give lene the foot leg. Since you aren't aren't bringing heaps of units they will get enough exp and access to the best weapons so that they will easily one round. Four of them get danced and then get more exp and all of them can reposition to get danced/make a defensive fromation after attacking. If you wanted to use larcei the position lene can dance in is limited to adjacent tiles since she doesn't have canto. This would be "solved" by giving larcei the knight ring but larcei gets to cover another 6 tiles anyway so in this case it's better off on lene so she can go her full movement despite larcei trying to hold her back. Now what of the foot leg? If you give it to larcei she can now cover 9 tiles per turn and keep up with the mounted units right?. well now you're either limited by lene 6 movement or you bench lene but then you need to bring 4 more units to get the same player phase action which will spread exp and items more thinly so your units won't be as good. So either: 1: give larcei the footleg and knight ring so she can move up to 9 tiles per turn and attack once or 2: give lene the knight ring and footleg so larcei can move up to 12 tiles per turn and attack twice. Why the fuck is this even a debate. The answer is black and white with very little grey in between: Larcei benefits more and the whole army benefits more from lene having the movement items or spend 200 turns per chapter because that's fun apparently
