Yes it does but they tend to overlook details like that for the sake of telling a good story. The same can be said about Obito dying to tsukuyomi even tho he controlled a perfect jinchiriki in a kotoamatsukami-like manner for like a decade.

Itachi probably wouldn't have died from the illness because that would have been the moment they would have went to get tsunade eventually the story would have ended with itachi becoming an hokage due to everything he's done for it and also which i should add officially ending the feud between the uchihas and the village now that one of there own have gotten a seat of power

I think people forget that itachi was literally a 13 year old. He was a child who had to make tough decisions. Itachi prob could’ve made different choices but he was young so I’m not surprised

I really enjoyed the video, thank U for that. It would have been cool if we got to see Itachi more of a main character and protagonist instead of an antihero. But i do still like the plot we got for Itachi in Naruto now also,so that theory was pretty cool and could have changed the whole game,lol. Also side note would've loved to have seen Shisui explored more as a character, I thought he was pretty badass and a humble shinobi the time that he was alive and the 30 mins they gave him on the show.
CORRECTION: Shisui can only use Kotoamatsukami every 10 years. However, it can be used over a large area like a village. Edit: Kinda iffy on the fact about him being able to use it over an area. I've heard that somewhere long ago but now I can't seem to find the source for that fact.
So really all that would need to be changed is that Itachi just has to get all the coup members in one place, then use the ability, show and say everything he did to his dad like he did here, and he still prevents the coup easy.

The uciha story it one of the coolest stories but how everyone now feels about itachi and how sasuke got redeemed at the end of Naruto it was a bit heavy handed to have him kill the entire clan. You can’t feel bad for a guy who allowed himself to be manipulated into doing away with men women and children who had nothing to do with the coup attempt. Maybe it’s because the writer didn’t know at the beginning he would have itachi be somewhat a double agent for the leaf.

What If Itachi never surcomed to his illness and you kept forgetting in the other ones where Orochimaru dies early would he be able to bring the dead Hokage to life?
At the beginning, pre-ems Itachi would have been much weaker as he didn't have the power of self hatred. He's still high kage level but he's not as powerful as he is. Additionally in the case that Itachi becomes sick which is possible he doesn't due to the village having a lot of medical ninja, it's very possible that the 3rd Hokage would try to find Tsunadee considering that Itachi had been the one to stop Orochimaru in the Konoha crush. In this version it would be a much stronger Itachi and a much stronger Sasuke against Obito. Additionally it's very possible that without Itachi getting the 9 tailed beasts would be much harder as Obito would have to get the 8 tails by himself since there would be no team taka.
I personally think Orochimaru wouldn't go after Sasuke cause in this timeline the Uchiha clan is still alive, and Sasuke is probably one of its weakest members. And Itachi not being in the Akatsuki wouldn't prompt him to be interested in getting the Sharingan. But let's say he did, Sasuke would probably not be a target.
We can only wonder the fate of the Shinobi world if things turned out like this. Itachi saving their lives, the bloodless brush with the Leaf's internal security causing them to back off on their planned coup, Itachi becoming a mentor rather than a mass murderer even if done to stop a war etc.

Ok I'll only judge the What-ifs. 1: Neji surviving I wonder since that is very close to a Boruto What-if but I guess you can talk about the actions that might happen beforehand to help him survive and then talk about what him surviving changes in the movies if anything or just end up off maybe during the start of Boruto since if he has a child with Tenten they most likely would do a bit but not too much. A Small change in the Anime is while I do believe Hanabi has more potential than Neji it's very possible Neji's demeanor and personality will make him the one to test Boruto's "Byakugan" especially since he's really good at rotation and those techniques. 2: Hinata unlocked her full potential? What do you mean by this? What do you count as Hinata's full potential. Because I don't know if she really had that much potential but I guess if you are talking about Byakugan abilities or the Tenseigan then you most likely would have to change how the Tenseigan works... Hinata's whole character through the series is taking L's. Vs Neji = L Vs Pain = L Vs Toneri = L Vs Momoshiki and Kinshiki = L I'm not one who tries to hate on Hinata I main the gal in storm 4 and she's quite fun but I also recognize her character and wonder about what the point of her character is as well as thinking of the narrative part of it... 3: Akatsuki Kakashi would most likely have to be explained maybe you could keep Orochimaru in the Akatsuki longer and maybe you could have him make Kakashi join the group as well although it might mess with things. Also in this version I can imagine a fake Obito reanimated as well as Rin reanimated. If you are looking for a swap of Kakashi and Obito they have a What-if on that although I guess maybe they could swap it more maybe by making Obito take out so many of the Shinobi before collapsing on the ground but when he wakes up Kakashi is gone although even that sounds like a stretch... 4: Minato and Kushina both alive? So does Obito never attack? Does he have a what-if on that already? Maybe not directly... Maybe it's one where the 3rds wife actually lets Minato hold Naruto to change the events. Also Naruto living happily? Are you sure? Even with both parents if he ends up becoming the Jin or if he doesn't he still will have to face some things so the main happy points might just be the start although maybe Minato could make the village a better place so really it's a question. Sounds like a 50/50 Mix on what the ending might be.

Itachi did save the Uchiha. With the tensions brewing and the coup arising, the Uchiha would have been killed to the last man; Sasuke included. While the Uchiha were strong the overwhelming power of the other clans could have defeated. The Abarame and Hyuga could have done it themselves. By allowing Sasuke to live, and have a child the clan has been saved. Sadara is the legacy of the Uchiha.
Fax... people don't understand that uchiha's were about to die anyway because of Danzo. They think itachi wasn't smart enough the truth is he was the smartest. Danzo made uchiha's kinda evil so even if uchiha clan wins in the battle they will have less members because of the fight and than other village would had killed them by teaming up. I wonder how the story would have changed. When I first watched naruto as a pre teen and teenager, I felt sorry for sasuke and looked at his intent towards his brother as a good reason. Now that I’m older, I see what Itachi did was saving more lives if a war between hidden leaf and rebels (uchiha clan) broke out. I can’t imagine the stress physically emotionally he felt realizing he had to decide whether to join the uchiha fully or fix the issue in his own to live as an outcast That’s a lonely guilt ridden road but knowing what he did was an act of honor and a true ninja of the hidden leaf he got no empathy/understand for his actions. That is painful to look your father and mother in the eyes and realize I’m secret you have to decide to die with them to honor the uchihas or honor millions of villagers. What a lot of emotions as a young man finding his place in the world to be branded a villain to sasuke and the hidden leaf after his actions? I find his story lonely painful sad guilt ridden, haunting and the aching of his heart, living everyday knowing you harmed your family and thousand member tribe/clan is tough hard and lonely They didn’t talk about itachi being a hero of his time

It only takes 10 years for the crow to use it because it's a well a weak crow shisui is stronger than than a crow so his cool down should be lower

That is a plothole from Kishi's side. Itachi could actually use the Kotoamatsukami on his clan to avoid rebellion.
I think Kishimoto came up with Kotoamatsukami too late into the story to integrate it into the story without creating plotholes

The uciha story it one of the coolest stories but how everyone now feels about itachi and how sasuke got redeemed at the end of Naruto it was a bit heavy handed to have him kill the entire clan. You can’t feel bad for a guy who allowed himself to be manipulated into doing away with men women and children who had nothing to do with the coup attempt. Maybe it’s because the writer didn’t know at the beginning he would have itachi be somewhat a double agent for the leaf.

Before this I never knew their were types of mangeyeko, I thought they just trained one more then the others. I learn something new every naruto video.

There are technically 2 types but the only difference is one doesn’t cause strain because you got a second pair of mangeyeko sharingan added to your first pair & that is called Eternal Mangeyeko sharingan. You don’t get any new enhancements going from regular to eternal except that it doesn’t cause blindness or wear & tear. Everybody who’s uchia can unlock mangeyeko but every bodies power can be different. There all mangeyeko but they just have different abilities

At the beginning, pre-ems Itachi would have been much weaker as he didn't have the power of self hatred. He's still high kage level but he's not as powerful as he is. Additionally in the case that Itachi becomes sick which is possible he doesn't due to the village having a lot of medical ninja, it's very possible that the 3rd Hokage would try to find Tsunadee considering that Itachi had been the one to stop Orochimaru in the Konoha crush.
In this version it would be a much stronger Itachi and a much stronger Sasuke against Obito. Additionally it's very possible that without Itachi getting the 9 tailed beasts would be much harder as Obito would have to get the 8 tails by himself since there would be no team taka.

I personally think Orochimaru wouldn't go after Sasuke cause in this timeline the Uchiha clan is still alive, and Sasuke is probably one of its weakest members. And Itachi not being in the Akatsuki wouldn't prompt him to be interested in getting the Sharingan. But let's say he did, Sasuke would probably not be a target.
We can only wonder the fate of the Shinobi world if things turned out like this. Itachi saving their lives, the bloodless brush with the Leaf's internal security causing them to back off on their planned coup, Itachi becoming a mentor rather than a mass murderer even if done to stop a war etc.

Nope we still don't have any clue about which sharingan has a timer of 12 years and 24 hours and if i remember correctly Itachi said that the sharingan has a 12 years timer which actually makes sense because Itachi used the sharingan later on the series) now many would tell that the timer if had 12 years in it then Itachi could not use it because the time between those events are only 8 years but we do not know that when shisui used the the sharingan

Ok I'll only judge the What-ifs.
1: Neji surviving I wonder since that is very close to a Boruto What-if but I guess you can talk about the actions that might happen beforehand to help him survive and then talk about what him surviving changes in the movies if anything or just end up off maybe during the start of Boruto since if he has a child with Tenten they most likely would do a bit but not too much.
A Small change in the Anime is while I do believe Hanabi has more potential than Neji it's very possible Neji's demeanor and personality will make him the one to test Boruto's "Byakugan" especially since he's really good at rotation and those techniques.
2: Hinata unlocked her full potential? What do you mean by this?
What do you count as Hinata's full potential.
Because I don't know if she really had that much potential but I guess if you are talking about Byakugan abilities or the Tenseigan then you most likely would have to change how the Tenseigan works...

3: Akatsuki Kakashi would most likely have to be explained maybe you could keep Orochimaru in the Akatsuki longer and maybe you could have him make Kakashi join the group as well although it might mess with things.
Also in this version I can imagine a fake Obito reanimated as well as Rin reanimated.
If you are looking for a swap of Kakashi and Obito they have a What-if on that although I guess maybe they could swap it more maybe by making Obito take out so many of the Shinobi before collapsing on the ground but when he wakes up Kakashi is gone although even that sounds like a stretch...
4: Minato and Kushina both alive? So does Obito never attack? Does he have a what-if on that already? Maybe not directly... Maybe it's one where the 3rds wife actually lets Minato hold Naruto to change the events.
Also Naruto living happily? Are you sure? Even with both parents if he ends up becoming the Jin or if he doesn't he still will have to face some things so the main happy points might just be the start although maybe Minato could make the village a better place so really it's a question.
Sounds like a 50/50 Mix on what the ending might be.

With the tensions brewing and the coup arising, the Uchiha would have been killed to the last man; Sasuke included.
While the Uchiha were strong the overwhelming power of the other clans could have defeated.
The Abarame and Hyuga could have done it themselves.
By allowing Sasuke to live, and have a child the clan has been saved. Sadara is the legacy of the Uchiha.

Fax... people don't understand that uchiha's were about to die anyway because of Danzo. They think itachi wasn't smart enough the truth is he was the smartest. Danzo made uchiha's kinda evil so even if uchiha clan wins in the battle they will have less members because of the fight and than other village would had killed them by teaming up. Also people's thinks itachi is bad because he tortured sasuke a lot they forgets uchiha's gets stronger by strong emotion. If there was other way itachi would had done that cuz no one loves sasuke more than itachi.

I wonder how the story would have changed. When I first watched naruto as a pre teen and teenager, I felt sorry for sasuke and looked at his intent towards his brother as a good reason. Now that I’m older, I see what Itachi did was saving more lives if a war between hidden leaf and rebels (uchiha clan) broke out. I can’t imagine the stress physically emotionally he felt realizing he had to decide whether to join the uchiha fully or fix the issue in his own to live as an outcast
That’s a lonely guilt ridden road but knowing what he did was an act of honor and a true ninja of the hidden leaf he got no empathy/understand for his actions.
That is painful to look your father and mother in the eyes and realize I’m secret you have to decide to die with them to honor the uchihas or honor millions of villagers. What a lot of emotions as a young man finding his place in the world to be branded a villain to sasuke and the hidden leaf after his actions?
I find his story lonely painful sad guilt ridden, haunting and the aching of his heart, living everyday knowing you harmed your family and thousand member tribe/clan is tough hard and lonely

I loved the plot as usual however I found a single plot hole although it’s not important at all but Since Sakura never trained with Tsunade that means that when Konkoro met Sasuri nobody could heal him since he was poisoned and nobody knew how to cure him except Sakura so Konkoro would be dead 💀
