He wasn't a half Uchiha. If Kakashi was or had Uchiha ancestry he would have been able to operate the sharingan with less of the extreme chakra/stamina drain. Canonically after the War Arc in exchange for his sharingan haxes he grew extremely stronger via all his physical and chakra related stats. Despite not having the Sharingan anymore guess what, he still remembers every justu he copied. Can also use them. So as a full Uchiha Kakashi wouldn't have any of the chakra drain problems would be Post War Arc Kakashi in terms of physical stats with the haxes of 2 sharingans. OP
Okay this will seem annoying but I want a sakumo hatake prequel more than a Minato prequel. Sakumo was said to make the sannin pale in comparison. All of the sannin were considered for hokage or served as one. I just want to see sakumo wreck people. Maybe sakumo and young jiraya had a few adventures? Who knows but it could be so lit

Some changes that you forget. Kushina and Mikato(Sasuke and Itachi's mother) were friends in Canon. Shisui and the other high level Uchiha jounin are still active so Asuma survies but losing a leg or arm in the process. Also he still keeps those burn scars. Itachi has no reason to keep his sickness hidden. Sense there is no guilt from killing his clan he has no reason to hid his illness early on to make it so Sasuke can kill him easier. You can argue Fugaku and Minato see threw it ( you could also say Mikato notices sense she was canonically a Jounin before settling down) and notice his declining health or Shisui Blabs. Itachi's illness if caught early is curable in the Ninja world. He survives too. R.I.P Rock Lee and Jiraiya.
What I love about the Naruto: Shippuden series Infinite Tsukuyomi Arc is the fact that there is a lot of people that are responsible for changing the timeline. Like a crazy domino effect. Not just Naruto but those that were there earlier. Even Danzo.

the only problem i have is why does deidara escapes with gaara's body? in the og timeline he did that to lure naruto since he is a jinchuriki but he isn't in this timeline so it's highly unlikely he would do that, let's just imagine he stayed with sasori and fought team kakashi and chiyo but since they are out numbered and naruto and sasuke is stronger than they were in the og timeline they would be defeated, and deidara dies with sasori this time

Actually Shikamaru still would’ve been in the hospital to visit Choji so he would’ve sensed gaara’s killing intent and would’ve been able to stall Gaara long enough to stop him from killing Lee and for guy to show up

I like the concept a lot. I feel that rather than Kakashi's father being an Uchiha, his mother could instead be an Uchiha. He could have the same aesthetic as normal (i.e. one sharingan). There is a half-hyuga somewhere, and they manifested the byakugan in one eye. It would be less powerful than two sharingan, but I think it works better, especially since Kakashi's father was also a talented ninja and he probably would have manifested the sharingan.
Yeah I hope but this should be a filler series like boruto because if it was real story we would not love it as much as real naruto cause we like this story because how different it is from real one. 😅

I really think you sidelined Sakura here, after the death of Kankoru I could see her going through a rigorous training arc and achieving her original timeline's strength, if not even stronger.

You need to go through trauma to awaken the sharingan maybe he could have during his ending days
22:35 actually, senjutsu is disallowed in the chunin exams. Naruto gets disqualified and Sasuke wins by default.
