Me too! this video caught my attention due to the title. Perfume affects me in many ways, pretty much making me non functioning. You're correct, people literally bathe in all its forms.
I remember one of my first gyno appointments when I was pregnant- I said my doctor -I cannot stomach any vegetables. I can’t even think about a vegetable without throwing up. The only thing that stops my morning/all day sickness is eating meat. He said that your body knows that there is a way higher risk of getting sick from vegetables than from meat so it is protecting the baby from bacteria and sickness. Starting that night if I had a mostly meat dinner, I had minimal morning sickness and felt so much better and stronger. That always stuck with me and made me think about the benefits of meat.

I think it all depends on each persons body. I have a friend who’s mom flooded her brother’s body with plants and it healed his child. Now he is completely healthy with zero issues as an adult. I feel best eating a lot of animal protein, but my gut feels good with vegetables too.

In 2009 I listen to an interview of a retired army man can’t remember his rank or role but he talked about microwave technology being developed originally as a weapon and that it 100% wasn’t good to have around or eat from . It destroyes the food . I intuitively had already stopped using for years already but this confirmed for me
My little boy started getting eczema at 1.5, doctor said it was from drool and his binky but I knew it was from something we were eating. We ate pretty clean but cut out vegetables and started eating an animal based diet and turns out he’s allergic to avocados…. We used avocado oil on everything prior which was why I could never get it cleared up. He’s 3 now and hasn’t had a break out in over year.

His work has been very helpful for people, especially those of us who do not live in the USA, since he spent time in Rhodesia.
It's great to know all this extra stuff. Guess I won't be listening to anymore RUclips videos because I use air pods to listen throughout the day. Uuuggghhhhhhh!
Alex, you should interview the "Nutrition Detective," Garrett Smith! He's a wealth of knowledge and is growing rapidly in the health and nutrition space!!!
@RealAlexClark THIS!! If Weston A Price is blowing your mind, you need to dig into his live podcasts! You do such a good job of finding and exposing truth that is countercultural - you neeeeed to look into this guy!
I've been wondering when this interview would happen! Dr Paul has so much knowledge and a wonderful way of explaining things, plus I love his Heart & Soil supplements. But, I have to admit that he's the guy that makes me depressed 😆 I have changed so many things to be healthier but things he brings up can be so overwhelmingly hard to hear and implement.
I’m so glad I’m not the only one! I can feel it in my hand if on my body when it’s near me. I can also tell inside my body more intensely when I’m dehydrated- if I use My phone at all it feels like my brain is being microwaved.
There was a study done a long time ago where they microwaved cups of water and watered plants with it and all the plants died, where as the plants watered with normal water thrived. They concluded that the microwave killed the nutrients in the water, but now that I’m older , when I think about that study, I wonder if it was the radiation that killed the plants .
I’ve been getting milk from a dairy and it has been helping me feel better! I used to buy milk from the grocery store but I always had problems after drinking it, to the point of thinking I was lactose intolerant.
So I'm really enjoying this conversation thus far! I just had to kind of giggle. However, about the microwave! I do agree with what he is saying, but goodness if you're a stay-at-home mom and you've got tons of kids and a hugely busy schedule then the microwave is definitely a thing that I'd prefer not to do without! However, I do also have a friend who has kids who does not own a microwave!
Hey Alex, been listening for close to a year and a half now. I love the brand change. Have you ever thought about reaching out to Fallon Danae? I think she would be an awesome guest for you to chat with!! Looking forward to more conversations!
Alex, did you know that that are gluten free recipes for sourdough bread? I've been making it at home with King Arthur's gluten free bread flour mix, honey, salt, psyllium husks, flour, and gluten free sourdough starter. King Arthur's has wheat without the gluten in the ingredients, but you could also try Bob's Red Mill or make your own flour recipe.
Loved this conversation! I made a video on the protein shake I’ve been making my family on repeat and I use Paul’s Lineage Protein powder! Seriously soooo good and it’s become a staple in my day!
A theory my dad came up with, specifically about EMF, is that it can be a combination of power/amplitude as well as signal compression. A sine wave functions as a circle, and the "bits" are spread out evenly across so many degrees per bit. His theory is that EMF interference on a cellular level increases the more bits per cycle. WiFi 5 and WiFi 6 have exponentially increased this, and I'm sure cellular signals are no different.
On the hospital food topic, my son had cancer and had to have a bone marrow transplant. They literally have to destroy your immune system so they can give you a new one. As his primary care provider, I had to go through training, for nutrition essentially they're avoiding the same things pregnant woman would, but also their hot food needs to be given to them when it's hot and the same thing for their cold food. I don't know how many times my son received food that could have killed him.
This so was so interesting and validating! Just switch all the evolution talk with creation 😁✅️ God created every little system for a reason and it's we as humans that have messed it up.
These conversations are very educational but they also make me feel depressed . It makes me feel like the best way to live is to live like cavemen or like my ancestors who were indigenous people living in an island running around naked 😂.
I think he is right about showering with water. There is this theory channel called Style Theory and they did a study on body wash and it shows you are much more dirtier with the bodywash than just water. It's wild.
9:03 Husband is a telecom manager and literally installs 5g and internet. He would not even let me get ultrasounds in pregnancy. Because it’s literally radio waves that can penetrate a babies brain…
I’m super impressed by your husband! If anyone is interested in more information on this subject, seek out this book authored by Jim West: “50 Human Studies, in utero, Conducted in Modern China, Indicate Extreme Risk for Prenatal Ultrasound.” This groundbreaking book has data gleaned from actual human studies done in modern China on women undergoing enforced terminations during China’s “One Child” policy-research not able to be replicated by the west due to ethical constraints. It’s helpful to have a copy ready for your Dr or Midwife as even naturally-minded healthcare providers are unaware of this specific research as, prior to this, we only had animal studies to go by.
Microwave just excites the water molecules into rapid rotational motion which generates heat through molecular interactions. This does not make your food "radioactive" or destroy the food in any way.
I use all natural products and high-quality essential oils. If you eat right, you don't need lotions, and if you need anything, just use some bacon grease or beef tallow. Cutting out harmful cleaning products, laundry products, body care products, and no more synthetic fragrances cleared up my eczema and allergies, and it's been wonderful not having rashes and my skin doing the same thing Paul's was doing. I remember even playing volleyball would trigger a severe reaction when I would hit the ball with my arms or hands. It sucked.
I have Hashimoto’s myself and I have been using the Celtic salt for the last 6 months. My numbers are getting better and I'm cleaning up my diet. When I heard this about the salt I put it to the test. I used half of the salt, dissolved it in hot water, and put a lead test strip in the salt water. It came out negative. Is there another test I can conduct? Would a lead swab test be better to use?
This was so much fun! Thanks for having me, Alex. 🙏

His work has been very helpful for people, especially those of us who do not live in the USA, since he spent time in Rhodesia.
Thank you, Alex and Paul! Loved this episode. I’m still going to keep using my organic hand sanitizer and washing my hands though 😂
It's great to know all this extra stuff. Guess I won't be listening to anymore RUclips videos because I use air pods to listen throughout the day. Uuuggghhhhhhh!
The struggle 😭
Me too!!
Thank you so much for interviewing Paul!
Alex you look absolutely gorgeous in this color!!!
I’m so glad I’m not the only one! I can feel it in my hand if on my body when it’s near me. I can also tell inside my body more intensely when I’m dehydrated- if I use
My phone at all it feels like my brain is being microwaved.
Another amazing episode 🎉
I've been waiting for this one!!
Would love to hear a discussion with Dr. Eric Berg as well :)
Yall are my 2 favorites! Followed Paul through my last pregnancy, went great!
This was fantastic info. Thank you!!
Great show thanks!
I’ve been getting milk from a dairy and it has been helping me feel better! I used to buy milk from the grocery store but I always had problems after drinking it, to the point of thinking I was lactose intolerant.
Pleass make time stamps 🙏 I really wanna see the thing about lululemon and perfume.
Ok so:
Perfume: 49:53
Lululemon: 5:50
So I'm really enjoying this conversation thus far! I just had to kind of giggle. However, about the microwave! I do agree with what he is saying, but goodness if you're a stay-at-home mom and you've got tons of kids and a hugely busy schedule then the microwave is definitely a thing that I'd prefer not to do without!
However, I do also have a friend who has kids who does not own a microwave!
BEGGING you to have a wholistic specialist on for pregnancy & postpartum nutrition & care
The receipt thing freaks me out because I used to be a cashier and have touched thousands of receipts
Loved this! He seems like a such a PGOM (fellow toaster 😆) I eat spinach all the time and only use Redmonds salt ughh
Animal based changed my life forever! Thank you Dr Paul
My sons eczema went away as he became such a picker eater. It stinks to deal with picky eating but he’s eczema free
I love your new podcast!
I'd love to hear his thoughts on dish soap especially whether or not that can affect the gut.
Awesome show, thank you 😊
The way he says “not with soap” like you just asked if showers with socks on 😂
Mother and Father! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
“Convenience will kill you” Paul Saldino.
I'm excited to watch this! ❤
"We need to smell each other's pheromones" that'd be an interesting pickup line
On the hospital food topic, my son had cancer and had to have a bone marrow transplant. They literally have to destroy your immune system so they can give you a new one. As his primary care provider, I had to go through training, for nutrition essentially they're avoiding the same things pregnant woman would, but also their hot food needs to be given to them when it's hot and the same thing for their cold food. I don't know how many times my son received food that could have killed him.
Great episode 😃
This so was so interesting and validating! Just switch all the evolution talk with creation 😁✅️ God created every little system for a reason and it's we as humans that have messed it up.
Oh man i just love paul. ❤
These conversations are very educational but they also make me feel depressed . It makes me feel like the best way to live is to live like cavemen or like my ancestors who were indigenous people living in an island running around naked 😂.
Been using diamond kosher salt for years now. Nothing compares.
Not true. Ultrasound tech here. Ultrasound uses sound waves. Has nothing to do with radio or Xrays
It sucked.
I really wish we could hear if vaccines also play a role in some of these diseases and issues that have become more problematic along with our diets.
Wow very interesting. Great interview!
