    if i want to create a workout plan for the summer i was thinking 5 days a week Monday: Upper Tuesday: Lower Wednesday: Core and Stability Thursday: Upper Friday: Lower and 4 speed sessions through out the week later in the day. do you think this is recomended or is there a better alternative you reccomend

      He def could of followed through more 💯... to accelerate and now slow down
