    I really appreciate this video. There are a lot of videos pushing us to work and work, but for sensitive anxiety, that can lead to mental health issues and life problems.
    When I'm overwhelmed (probably from work), I work more to try and fix it, but that time and energy comes from something else.
    I'll probably listen more than once! Thank you.

    I absolutely love this presentation. However, being a sound engineer, I felt like, rather than splicing any pauses out of the verbal communication, at times it was almost hard to listen to. I feel, some short pauses, are necessary, for a being to "intake" the information. It felt like run on sentences. I say this lovingly. I love your information, and have allresady shared it.
