      Hahaha you should do a Danish low carb recipe one day and try to say the things in Danish, lol! I always have so much fun when I am on vacation trying to get people to speak Danish :-D

    I'm not 100% certain, but I _think_ your white foam is what we call marshmallow.

    Amazing! I want one now! :) In Sweden we call them _skumboll_ or _gräddbulle_. It says on Wikipedia that this was invented in Denmark around 1807, didn't know that it was so old.

    Hello Julia, your recipe looks really delicious, can you tell me how long would they last, and if it's necessary to put them in the refrigerator? Thanks for your recipes, keep up the great work. ;-)

      @Onekitchenblogfood  7 лет назад +1

      Thank you! Flødeboller cannot last very long and yes you need to keep them in the fridge. If you place a strawberry in like I did it can only last for 2 days, but they will be best the day they are made. If you skip the strawberry it may last for for 3 days, but it depends on your fridge and how "moist/wet" the fridge is :-)

    Can we substitute the glucose for something else?

    • @Onekitchenblogfood
      @Onekitchenblogfood  7 лет назад

      No glucose is important in danish flødeboller :-)
