Just did this minus cleaning the throttle body. Emissions light came on. Is it one of the situations where I have to drive it around for the light to go off?
Don't use brake cleaner on the throttle body. It can damage rubber seals and other components. Get a proper throttle body cleaner which is designed specifically for this purpose. CRC throttle body and intake cleaner.

Your ECU may need to be reset. Did you unplug the car battery?
