    Very useful 👌
    Per glucose goddess, fibrous vegetables, protein, good fat before carb helps to not raise insulin, that seems to be the case with the diet followed in this video
    One thing that can be added to meal to replace the reduced quantity of rice is Quinoa, the tricolor quinoa is nutty in taste , has fiber , protein and will help with compensating for the reduced rice
    Similarly half or 1/3rd rice in dosa can be replaced with quinoa
    Can have 1/2 cup quinoa 1/2 cup puttu,, while making pulao 1/2 rice replace with quinoa etc
    May experiment with white or tricolor Quinoa , as the taste vary.
    Quinoa need to be washed thoroughly, soaked 30 min to 1 hr, throw the water, cook with new water, salt, little cumin powder , garlic powder helps to improve digestion.

    നമ്മൾ അച്ചിങ്ങ പയർ വാങ്ങുമ്പോൾ കുറച്ചു പയർ മണികൾ മുറ്റത്ത് വിതറിയാൽ മുളച്ച് നല്ല പയർ ചെടികൾ ഉണ്ടാവും താഴെ മണ്ണിൽ തന്നെ പടർന്നു വളരാൻ വിട്ടാൽ തഴച്ചു വളരും. പയറിൻ്റെ ഇലയുടെ ഗുണങ്ങൾ ഇവിടെ എഴുതിയാൽ തീരില്ല.തോരൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി കഴിക്കാം. Daily വേണ്ട roots, തക്കാളി ഇവ daily കഴിക്കാതിരിക്കുക . daily Use kidney ക്ക് അത്ര നല്ലതല്ല. Calcium Tablets കഴിക്കുന്നത് സൂക്ഷിക്കുക, തീരെ calcium Blood ൽ കുറവാണെങ്കിൽ മാത്രം കഴിച്ചാൽ മതി. Excess calcium kidney യിൽ വന്നാൽ Stone ആകും . വെള്ളം ധാരാളം കുടിക്കുന്നതു വളരെ ആവശ്യമാണ്.

    Mamnu 87kg കൂടുതലാണ്.അതു പോലെ ഒരു മാസം കൊണ്ട് 7kg ഒരിക്കലും കുറക്കരുത്.2kg കുറക്കുക.3മാസം കൊണ്ട് 6kg കുറക്കുക. അതാണ് ശരിയായ രീതി എന്നാണ് doctors പറയുന്നത്
