Disability or no, brother. The thing that holding us back is our insecurities which is the opposite of confidence. Even the great guy can still not get a girl if he's not confident. Maybe she can get girls for a short term but eventually it will not last. You must love yourself first bro, date girls to filter them out who's gonna complement your being. And dont pretend because its not gonna last. You may have some disadvantages that you dont have control of. You are correct about showing confidence with women. Establish a rapor if possible and read their body language. You'll know if a woman likes you or not. If you approach her and say "hi" and she talks to you for more than 2-3 minutes, she likes you and is somewhat interested. If she bails in a minute or less, she can't be bothered with you.
