While being a program chair of Criminal Justice at a for-profit university, another program chair told me a story of a parent not being able to communicate with her teenage son. Every time she called him on the cell phone to check on his whereabouts he would never return her call. The program chair actually had to teach the parent how to text message and the second she did that, her son immediately responded. Our dependence on technology has caused us to lose the art of face-to-face verbal communication and conversation - whether its parent to child, husband to wife or a single man to a single woman. Today's "tactics" are just that...tactics to an end goal which is dating or bedding her, and not communicating through conversations to generally get to know each other.
Never flirt with a woman at your place of employment! And I'd even go as far as to say: never let a girl you are flirting with or dating know what your place of employment is, or even what you do. Just say you're a successful business man and leave it at that.

Also, from a business standpoint the safest thing for the company to do is just get rid of you, whether they really think you're guilty or not. Most employees can easily be replaced with little consequences to the company, but if you keep someone around who there are accusations against, there could possibly be a lawsuit in the future and the company could be held responsible for not taking enough action. Women nowadays are bad news!!!!
